I will say I did this for my fam and I feel like a five star chef and it tastes so good. I used like five cloves a garlic. Extra sauce onto the mashies so good .
I hope you didn’t use a metal spoon in a nonstick pan like somebody 👀

I usually season my salmon with salt, pepper, and dil. Not much needed for this awesome fish

Can’t eat butter. I’ll substitute that with olive oil, pasta water (thickening and creaming agent), garlic, chicken stock, and parsley, instead. And a squeeze of a lemon slice 🤤
Salmon's fstty fish, you cook it light😂, use some salt/sweet soy and acidic base and just pop it in the oven for 12-15 mins u r done
But why crisp the salmon if its gonna be covered in the sauce? Wouldn't it just make it soft? If it makes a difference I'd like to know!
