I feel like the song is about people who hurt other people due to self-resentment. The people who were hurt kill themselves. The bullies deny that they had any part in their suicide. I feel that is the best interpretation.

The song Regurgitated Guts is based on the movie "City Of The Living Dead" part of a trilogy called "Gates Of Hell Trilogy" made by Italian director Lucio Fulci, Scream Bloody Gore had some influence from Peter Jackson "Dead Alive", of course Evil Dead Evil Dead movie, and Torn To Pieces was based off the movie Cannibal Ferox aka "Make Them Die Slowly"

It's not the band's fault, I'm talking about how you will be reading the lyrics to the song while listening to it and then all of a sudden while you're reading it will skip to the main chorus and then go back to where you left off, I really can't stand that...
imo the lyrics are the weakest part of Chuck's music, especially the ones off of the album Spiritual Healing. It's probably a good thing that for the most part the lyrics are aurally incomprehensible.
