The drumming on Human is really what sets it apart from Spiritual Healing. In reality, SH was the album that truly started Death's change as it was the first album to feature socially aware writing and melodic guitar solos devoid of "whammy bar", but even though the drumming on SH had moments it doesn't compare to Human. IMO this is why Human gets more credit than Spiritual Healing even though SH was the true "changing of the guard" musically for Chuck.

The bass on human is also far more audible imo, spiritual healing is (relatively) monotone
