CX is my choice personally as I have Marco Polo club and I love the onboard service and it has the most flexible schedules and I very like the new seats, VS has amazing deals as they have economy light (no checked luggage), economy classic (normal) and economy delight (priority boarding, check in and extra legroom). And BA for the aircraft as they offer the A380.

Great video and I would love to fly on Virgin Atlantic sometime. One correction though....in your description you have Boeing 777-300ER instead of Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner for aircraft.
