- Amazing flight on Air New Zealand's All Blacks Boeing 777-300ER from London Heathrow to Los Angeles (NZ1) in Economy Class. The flight was not fully booked so I had a row of 3 seats (no Skycouch) to myself which is incredibly useful on a 11 hour long flight. The crew took very good care of their passengers.

I’ve done this flight all the way through to Auckland a fair few times. Yes, it is long, but when you manage to get sky couch, it makes the trip much more bearable. Every time, the flight crew have been friendly and are willing to start up a conversation. As I do live in New Zealand, it has overjoyed me to see someone outside of our country speaking about this airline with such high zest. Thank you for this detailed trip report about a small airline.

As I have zero interest in Rugby, I must say that I really loved the Black and White colour scheme of the aircraft. It was very different from all other aircraft's I have been on in the past.

Air New Zealand’s flight attendants are really so friendly. They’re equally friendly to the economy passengers as they are to first class. The food is also amazing. Definitely one of my favourite airlines.

As an American, Air NZ is one of my favorite international airlines; because they always do a solid, professional job in every aspect of the flight. And they feed you twice for free. And ANZ's meals aren't half-bad when it comes to airline food; it was pretty filling and left me very satisfied. Over the years I flew on several ANZ flights between LAX and my favorite Pacific paradise, RAR.
Love, Love ANZ! Flew them inside of NZ and fm Wellington to SYD This was a long time ago, but I can still remember the taste of their lamb dish!!! Best lamb I ever had...

Love Air New Zealand. I got to fly this very aircraft from AKL to LAX back in 2012 after my first trip to Australia. Great video. I hope to fly Air New Zealand again some day
I have used Air New Zealand from the UK to NZ a number of times on this route, most recently in January 2019.
They are by far the best with very friendly staff. I like the quirky company sense of humour, I've spent too long in the toilet looking at the comical book titles on the wall decoration.
I frequently fly on Air NZ so am delighted to watch your experience. Hope you get to travel with them again. Fly safe. Hello from London ; - )

Love the Air New Zealand plane ,black and white are high contrast made them beautiful.
I flew two flights with Air NZ, a 777 (long haul San Francisco-Auckland) and 787 (short haul Auckland-Sydney). I thought the food was just okay in economy and premium economy but as you noted, their service is really great. Also, the premium economy seats are really comfortable. Enjoyed your trip report, cheers and safe travels.

I love seeing special livery planes. But since I work here at Honolulu airport, I always see the All Black planes, either on their 777s or their 787s. Oh and I miss seeing their Lord of the Ring livery too. But now, I’ve been seeing the ANA’s A380 flying Honu, the blue one and the the green one. Can’t wait to see their orange one.

Great video. I work for Air New Zealand at Auckland airport as a air craft cleaner. I get to help clean the airplane ready for passenger to board, great people to work with but I think all the staff that works behind the scenes doesn’t get noticed by many
