As per the ISO : 5 N/ mm @23+/- 2 def.c & 1 N/mm @ 60 +/-2deg.c.
As per EN: 3.5 N/mm @ 23 deg. C & 1 N/ mm 60 deg. C.

Yes, we can conduct peel test between 23Deg.C to 60 Deg.C.
