We head to Oklahoma to do some calf sorting and working! I do my best to hold the camera steady while running around sorting cows and calves, trying not to get run over. I split this up into two parts. Be on the lookout for Part 2 of the calf working.

Fine looking beef critters
Working cattle almost never runs perfect or according to plan. The best advice would be to take smaller bites moving smaller groups will encourage constant flow of cattle sepically when moving them to and through a tub.
Need a few good cattle dogs to help yall out.

A dog can get you in trouble with cows that have calves, my mother in law stepped out of her truck to check on a new born calf when her lap dog jump out and the cow ran over her and the dog broke her ribs and punctured her lungs.

I noticed your cows don't have big hip bones sticking out like other cows I see. Is due to the breed? Are these beef cows? Can this kind of cow be dairy cows? Thanks.
