I have several "Abbys" around here. They'll stay, God willing, until they take their last breath from old age. Wouldn't trade them for anything.
I’m confused 🤔 why you would allow her to be repeatedly bullied by the adults? Why didn’t you intervene sooner?
Cutest little calves. My cousins grew up on a 500 acre farm in upstate New York. I loved spending time there as a kid. They had a calf that the mother cow didn't want. So my uncle brought it to the garage and we fed the calf there. When it was big enough it went to the pasture. We all named it Curly. We thought it was a boy, turned out it was a girl calf and eventually Curly had her own calf. My uncle kept Curly until she was old and passed away. She was a Hereford. Her hair was curly and that's how she got her name. When she got big enough, we kids would her like a horse. That was back in the 1960's. What a time we had. Miss those days. Thanks for the video.
When I saw Abby getting tossed around by the big cows it hurt my heart - thought they were gonna kill her!! So happy that rejected calves are bottled fed and loved by farmers who care like you.
He was born to be a story teller… His voice is perfect… I thought I was watching a movie at first. Y’all know, the ones they talk on while showing the story?? Yeah
I love the story - - in my teenaged years I dated a dairy farmer - how I loved being with the cows (actually more than dating the farmer)
Is Abby a good mama? She shows a big heart ❤️. Glad she doesn't push away her calf or abandoned it like she was.
It's just sad to see that other cows just push Abby away, but look how happy and wonderful she is with the dogs🥺💖
Her white eyelashes are everything! I'm so glad she didn't treat her calf like she was treated. Love that she's a good mommy.
Dude, you ought to get an academy award for this video. Beautiful my friend. Dang, I never realized how ruthless those Brahma cattle were. Will they adopt calves that aren't theirs? Your little girl is sure growing!
To be born in a life like that is not easy. Show you even in animals are mothers who didn't want their babies. It's sad but then God send a angel to save that animals without a mummy.
Oh, my heart broke when the big cows were knocking her down.
Absolutely a beautiful story I love cows and the fact that you were able to keep her alive and give her a life that obviously has given her joy is amazing God bless
Abby started life out on a hard note but I know she will always have a home and a place in your hearts. Love the video
I absolutely loved watching the jumping and skipping! A sign that they loved their life.
I felt so upset in the beginning when the cows were all pushing her away and knocking her down. How mean. Then you took her in and raised her. That was heartwarming. What a wonderful story. I so enjoyed your video. Thank you for sharing it with us. I have always liked cows, with those big warm brown eyes. Thanks.
That's about the sweetest story I've ever heard! It was sad her mother, who ever she was, rejected her. But Abby got all the love and nurturing from you and your wife, and it's made her such a wonderful girl! Such a sweet pet🥰 Loved this video. I'm actually watching it a second time!
What a heart warming story about Abby! She is so adorable!
I love this story…broke my heart to see the other cow dismissing her while she was a calf…but she’s a beauty!
What a beautiful story. I cried in the beginning though😭❤️ Cows are smart.
