i love how you say excessive gaming for ani nstrument because that's def where I am at now. after now being 35 , with excessive gaming for a long long time, I can be so much better at music in general , excessive gaming is by the far the worst, because it Usually stacks on most of these bad habits. you mentioned.

I will admit my attitude really SUCKS. Perhaps I am 40 and think I am 19. Meaning that said it's NO LONGER 2002,it's 2023.
My obsession with girls was the biggest issue. And bad hygiene. I used to neglect myself and look for pleasure from other people. As far as hygiene is concerned, I used to have bad breath. My B.O was crazy high. I still have so much to work on, but I have started working out and getting myself in better shape. I already feel great, I thought it was gonna be tiring but I actually enjoy it.
