Alex this video will be my daily motto. Thankfully I have been following each and every step. Cause i realized i was wasting time chasing girls (really overweight 0/38k on dating apps) So i decided im going to attract and do something about myself with fitness and grades. I will say one thing that needs to change with men, when I was fat alot of people were saying "be yourself and confident I've seen so other fat guys have girls all over them!" Nah i hate that statement so much because it makes you comfortable with food and will not make you change physically for the better! So i stopped taking that advise and made my self go to the gym 3-4 times a week to increase my fitness. Its been working out lost 60lbs! Im still hoping to find a girlfriend since they are hard and picky, but I feel better, look better, and a lot more confident!
What i love about Alex is, he never shouts or shoves those tips down our throats. He is like a wise big brother to us.

Great lession video I use to be chasing girls then I got to a point where I went back to school invested in myself now got my AA done, got a better job out of state own a dog that I can take to the vet not stressing about it and I am way more happier with myself and confident have a job that I am very thankful to have.

You're right, we should do what we like and improve in things we do. My problem is, I improved so much in what I like to do that majority of girls are not feeling good enough for me. Even if you just mention only "part" of things you can do or did, its still huge DHV for them :-/

Man I think there is a huge disconnect here. Of course you should focus on your career, social skills, mental health, and hobbies, but going on dates and meeting girls is a skill of its own. I know tons of guys that have great careers and social skills but go on zero dates because they don't prioritize and focus on it.
Exactly. People always say things about improving themself but sometimes they just turn into an old man with zero love experience. Well, don’t be desperated but should put an effort to it. Nothing will come if you don’t prioritize it.
Zero dates is MUCH better then waste time on low quality girls who don't deserve your attention. I know MANY men, who dating with only few girls and now they all have a good families.
