On site at the South Yorkshire impact site with Richard Davis. A strange sound is reported from the meteor that seems cyclical in nature.
The voice acting for this is great
That is probably one of my most favourite comments, thank you ever so much!
I truly love how this is taking the genre of analog horror and perfectly applying it to War of the worlds. This is indescribably perfect.
As is the comment, thank you most kindly sir!
Funny fact, until I started putting this out there, I'd never heard the term analog horror. I just did what felt natural... so I guess it's a genre made for the likes of my troublesome self :D And it's no bad thing!

I wonder if we’ll ever see the Red Weed in this series at some point as well. There’s a lot of horror potential there.
@@TGM_Productions :)
agreed, completely!
"The chances of many they coming from Mars are million to one he says.......but still they come."
Very underrated...
Thank you my friend, and thanks for the sub! More coming very soon...
This is dope as hell, I've always wanted an Analog Horror take on the War Of The Worlds
Excellent, glad you like! I'll be expanding on this part of it quite a bit in months to come. I've got a few actors who I can rope into it :) They don't know it yet though... but I'm sure they'd be up for it. Cheers for the comment!
@@waroftheworlds1934 Looking forward to later installments then!
Analog horror has always made me scared but waroftheworlds calm for some reason now I'm sacred of this waroftheworlds version lol
Listening to this through a grainy radio frequency and the voice having this very eerie quality. Honestly, if there was to be a British remake of the Orson Wells rendition, this is how I would like to hear it. Analog horror at it's finest.
Thank you so much :) and thank you for taking the time to watch and listen!
@@waroftheworlds1934 I look forward to any new content you develop. I know these take time so it is worth it. In fact this is the style of War of the Worlds I wish was fully adapted to film...not the Speilburg version we got.
@@niverian7789 Thanks for the understanding, and yes some of them take a silly amount of time to make. This latest one has been somewhat of a nightmare, though I'm getting very close. I actually hoped it would be ready for today, but not quite.
Regarding a film version, the intention, once I've reached the end is to shape it into a full film. That may mean a bit of reworking and rendering, but perhaps also getting a few actors together to better link it for that format.
You might be interested to know (if you haven't seen it) but if you look in the LIVE tab on my channel page, I did a stream at new year with all of the parts edited together so far. There are some extra bits in there too, and some behind the scenes parts afterwards... though it's a bit rough as i've never done anything live before. But the compiled video is about 2-3 minutes in. You might enjoy it.
Thanks again for the lovely comments, it keeps me going! :D Have a great weekend!
This is already maybe the best adaptation or depiction of the story. One of my favorite stories i've been obsessed with since I was a child. Such a chilling way to tell it, truly amazing.
Thank you very much mushroom lad. I've had such lovely support from people and it makes me really happy to hear that I'm hitting the right notes for people who grew up with it like you and me. There's something very powerful about the whole circumstance. There aren't really many stories that are so bleak in terms of humanity just being crushed. Maybe zombie movies are up there in the same kind of category?
Anyways, thank you, I really do appreciate every comment, and it was most lovely to receive yours this evening :)
War of the Worlds in an analogue horror version. Brilliant!
1930's ASMR is out of this world 👽
Yes, there is something weirdly comforting about old radio isn't there.
I've seen some strange things in Sheffield!

It's an owl lol, but there isn't much difference. Only, one has wings, and the other sits in front of my monitor when I'm trying to work. 🤣
