I really like Whitby, the journey by steam train to Pickering is a must and if you like beer check out the station pub. I hope you enjoyed the new lens, great shot of the turnstone at 6.00 minutes.
Hi Darrell Glad you enjoyed the early morning in Whitby. The Turnstones were nice photographs and some of the shots of Whitby. The ninety nine steps are really good when they have the lamps lit and it is just going dark. Many Thanks Jon and Sandra watch out for DRACULA !
another great video Darrell. I like to use the Wimberley monogimbel on my monopod...following a great review by Steve Perry...just before I went to Antarctica in 2020 ! It was superb
Thx Darrell. Nice place for photos especially early in the morning. Enjoy your new lens….how is it handheld compared to your 100-400 ? I liked very much the video of the Turnstone
Glad you got the 180-600 to go with the Z8 >> its what I use in Africa >> best Combo out .. I hand hold all the time and take FAST Falcons hunting at FAST speeds so set the camera at 1/3200 and you will be fine

Thanks. We go to Whitby every year. We have been on the train to Pickering.
Excellent Darrell.
Thanks for listening

I have to be there early morning to see the lamps lit. At the other end of the day I am usually sat in the pub with Jane.

Thanks I'll take a look at that.
Lovely enjoyable video. I didn't realise how beautiful those little turnstones are but you captured their pretty colouring so well!
Many thanks! I really enjoyed making this video and am really proud of it. The turnstone section worked really well.
Nothing like nice new piece of equipment to encourage inspiration. :))
You are correct
Went whitby myself this year and got 100s of photos. It's a great place to photograph. Very enjoyable video 😊
Thanks.
Thanks Darrell , very enjoyable episode, I particularly liked the images and footage of those lovely turnstones
I was pleased with how this one turned out.
Thanks for sharing
Love to see nature scene and less talk
Glad you enjoyed it
Love Whitby and sea birds. I’m looking at moving from the original lumix g9 and it’s ropey af, to a similar Nikon setup next year, can’t wait. Thanks.
I am really pleased with it.
Me gustaría conocer tus impresiones del 180-600.
Saludos y gracias por tus videos

It is definitely usable handheld. it is notably heavier than the 100-400mm

Thanks for watching.
Those gulls sure are noisy. I thought the sunset picture was pretty good.
I liked it, but it was sunrise. When I am with my wife on holiday I have to get up early. Evenings are for eating and drinking.
