I love the monochromatic pallets, but I struggle putting together full eye looks with them... Do you think you would ever do a video with an example of a look or how you approach a monochromatic look for a couple of your favorite pallets?
I put every single Colourpop palette I own (A LOT) and all my Colourpop single shadows (A LOT OF THOSE TOO 🤦🏻♀️) into a HUGE magnetic palette and I put it in rainbow order...it is so satisfying to look at. Sometimes I just open it and stare at it 😂 I've done it with all my shadows, by brand. Each brand has a huge magnetic palette. When I love a brands shadow formula, I buy basically everything they offer 🤫 it's bad but so beautiful haha.
I LOVE the Orange You Glad palette! Every time I wear it, I get compliments! Maybe because we're polar opposites in coloring....lol. I'm blonde/blue and it definitely brings out my eyes 😘
I totally agree about the “Just my Luck” palette. I love green and I was really excited to get a nine pan green palette but ended up disappointed. The colors are just not “my greens”. They are sort of greyed out or something. When I use that palette, I find myself using the Mary Jane shade a lot to punch it up. I like a nice olive, but there’s just something off about these.
I was hoping for a more deep, olive palette when I saw they first released the Just My Luck palette. Wish it would have leaned that direction. I just think those brownish or gold greens look so good on all skin tones and eye colors.
Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life and things are still so rough and last night and today I have binged your videos and I’m obsessed with you! Love your videos and they do cheer me up a bit 🥺💛 I got my first colourpop palette the start of the summer, and I have purchased a few of them here and there and I also have a lot of them on my wishlist! They’re great for the price, and I feel many of them are amazing and have a great quality and others are alright but I don’t feel like any of them have been waste of money 😌
My favorite is Brown Sugar. It travels well. I want to get going coconuts but I have a hard time justifying buying it bc I’m sure I have those colors 5 times over. Also want the smoke screen palette but again not sure that I really need it...

I know the plastic packaging isn’t popular right now but I prefer it to the cardboard! It’s easy to clean and I like the mirror being able to hold itself up.

I completely agree with you on the Frozen 2 Elsa palette the deeper shades especially was patchy and the shimmers was so lack lustre apart from ice crystals that shade was stunning . I’ll keep it for the gorgeous packaging ... the artwork is just stunning
My favorite Colourpop palette is Bare Necessities! I just picked it up a few months ago and I am soooo glad i did! Bigger palettes tend to intimidate me and I find myself getting stuck when figuring out looks, but I don’t have that problem with this palette. I actually grab for it the most and the only problem I have is deciding which shimmer/metallic I want to use because I love them all. Lol. I have Blush Crush and Nude Mood and tend to use them together. I prefer lighter metallic lid shades and Nude Mood has darker shades. Out of all my 9 pan Colourpop palettes, She’s Got Solstice is my favorite. (I don’t have many).
My favourites are the Lilac you a lot & Strawberry Shake palettes. Have to agree with the Mint to Be palette...I don’t regret getting it, but it’s my least favourite/reached for. Also have and love the Ooh La La and Orange You Glad. Im still waiting for my In A Trance palette to arrive (I don’t live in the US), so I’m super excited for the that! So keen to get the Blue Moon & Main Squeeze...it’s been on my wish list for a while, but then again all of them are.

🍓Main Squeeze is a great palette for people that don't wear/use much red. 🍊 Orange You Glad, is bright and easy to blend. I use this often but I don't use the glitter. 🍯 Uh Huh Honey, I don't like yellow eyeshadow but I needed 1 palette in my collection, it blends well. 🍀Just My Luck, I use these types of colors every week. They're patchy, just have to apply extra base and don't blend too vigorously. 💙Blue Moon, I use this every week also, def is my favorite palette. 💜It's my Pleasure, I love the color story. I use this often. - overall I love how their bold color palettes show up on WOC 🖤 🥥 I'm thinking about buying the Going Coconuts palette.

Alright Lady, I just bought the Going Coconuts palette for 25% off... so $9!! I love neutrals but prefer slightly warmer looks... I bought the sultry palette a couple of years ago because you recommended it. I feel like these are similar palettes. I like using the Soft Glam for the mattes and the Sultry for the shimmers. ANYWAY, you love the Going Coconuts palette so much, I decided to give it a try!

I know what you mean about a gritty shimmer. The 2 shimmers in the Melt Vida palette are dry and gritty. But they glide on beautifully and last a while. Great video!

Hi Andrea, I love the fact that you were able to collect that many colourpop colorful palettes. I only have the makeup Shayla Perception and misunderstood colourpop palettes. I would have loved to have gotten more of their pilot. However, every time I will try to order the ones I wanted they were sold out. So that’s that but I had fun watching this content thank you🙏💖😷🤢🌅💙
I think my opinions of the pallettes were about the same as yours. But I do love my Mint To Be pallette. I feel more than you probably. I’m blone hair/green eyes, so for me, it’s just the right shades of green. Not too dark, not too light. I personally don’t care that 3 of the shimmer shades or so similar because I use those for my pop of color, which makes me think it will last me a loooong time 😊. My current top 3 are Lilac You A Lot, Going Coconuts, and Mint to Be. Thank you so so much for the review and swatches! I’ve had my eye on that Mar pallette (and Blue moon, which I keep going back and forth on because I have the açaí Elf bite size) and I don’t wear blue too often. Ahhhh, I’ll figure it out one of these days!! 😂😂😂 Hugs, 💄💄

I love Colourpop but the shipping to Canada deters me from buying it. Pretty hefty shipping fee when compared to Sephora (for example), and takes forever to get here 😩 By the time it comes I've almost forgotten I ordered it!
with the pastel palettes i’ve seen african americans use them perfectly fine. most of them put down a white eyeshadow base and it turns out beautifully on them and pops on their skin tone.

I had that same problem. I was looking for olive and army greens. I found that the juicy olive palette by give me glow is STUNNING :)

The orange you glad and the uh huh honey palette I use in the late summer early fall. The colors are perfect for those seasons!
Making Mauves reminds me of Urban decay naked 3 which I love.

From the crease up, I set my primer to use Jusr My Luck. For great matte greens go to Sydney Grace.
I keep hearing good things about Sydney Grace! I need to try some of their shadows!
