Toby Fox made these characters the way there are with yellow skin and no eyes (exception of chara) so YOU can relate and truly embody yourself in Frisk, Kris and Chara. Doesn’t matter what your headcanon is, They/She/He/It were created the way they are to identify with you. In fact, Frisk and Kris don’t even have to have yellow skin. It’s meant to be neutral so you yourself can see yourself in the characters.
