Thank you for doing the opposite curve that most people have. (Like me)
Hi Christine!! I hope you will see this - I know you have heard this from others but your videos have helped me so much. I honestly was unaware that certain yoga poses can actually not be good for scoliosis. I was doing many of those poses... Since I started watching your videos I’ve actually gained an understanding of which type of scoliosis I have and the correct poses to fix it. I have been in so much less pain, have been happier, and breathing better. Thank you endlessly for what you do!!
Thank you so much for your kind words Erin! So happy to read this :-)
Christine its really helpful, thank you for doing this. (Almaty, Kazakhstan)
Amazing feeling! It's much more better after exercises!
Thank you👍, I have the same condition on my right side, i will do this according to that
Thank you. We Left TLC get forgotten.

Thanks, Christine for sharing your knowledge, I have a quick question, for the left thoracic curve (for my understanding ) sleep on the Right side, Is that correct?
Superb
Thanks 🤗
Love it. Since mine is on the right, I'm basically mirroring you. Ahhh Lovely!
excellent! Hope you enjoy it!
@@MoveWithScoliosis In Extended Puppy Pose, does one move the arms over to the side of the peak? Thanks
Yes that’s right. Imagine working against the curve.
Hello yogaberry.
My Doctor told me I have a gentle left sided lumbar scoliosis.
Can this cause problems all over the body.
And if I have left sided lumbar does it mean I should stretch my spine to the right??
Did it help your pain?
After x ray i found out there is no curve in my spine and my dr said same bt i think i have 1 inch or 2 inch gap in my shoulder in one side when i stand straight and little pain in one side please guide me through exercises
I’ve noticed that my right hip is rotated towards the left slightly. Is that typical of a left C thoracolumbar curve? I appreciate your videos.
hello im a bit confused. should i follow exactly what she do or should i mirror it? thank you
Hi, I don't have any yoga roll, can I substitute it with rolled up sleeping bag which is similar to yours?
Hiiii 👋🏼👋🏼 Yogaberry
I have been doing some barre classes for which they try to incorporate lunge style ballet moves. I find that my scoliosis on the left side is often so much tighter after I do these lunge movements. I know I am capable but within reason. What would you recommend as a variation ?
I also notice they use the C Curve/ lower back to do ab exercises. I find I get a lot of lower back pain after trying them. What would you suggest for a beginner with a weak lower back ?
Thank u for these! 😌 I just have one or two quick questions.
How many times to we have to do for each excerise? How many times per session and/or day? Are there any others that u can recommend?
Again, thank u so much i just found out about my left curve and its been stressful.
That depends on your individual needs! Your body will tell you when it's too much!
Hello ma'am i have c curve in which position i should sleep ?
if I have a left thoracic c curve is this left side plank still ok to do?
Dr Fishman would probably suggest to elevate the legs for left thoracic! I personally would probably do both sides just do them with a different focus on each side. All depends on your individual case though!
👍
3:00 what if i try to sleep in this pose?or is it not necessary?
I assume you mean side lying over a bolster? sure you can, if that's comfortable for you
Is it possible to be sleeping every night in the first position with the bolster under the peak of the curve or is this bad??
Do you feel comfortable sleeping like that? Do you feel rested when you wake up? If the answers are yes then I don't think it's bad
My back is in more pain then usual after doing stretches for my c curve with the convexity on my left. I woke up this morning and my obliques on the left side are sore. Should I be worried?
Ganden G sore like from doing exercise? It could just be muscles that you haven’t been used before. Maybe skip the plank next time and just do the others.
Don’t freak out it is definitely the muscles yoga berry is right start off really slow then work up to it.
And remember everything that you haven’t done in a while will be sore.
For me it usually two days and I feel the pain.
