Good video.. But safety precautions not followed. At 6:33 the workman using the grinding wheel is sitting in an unsafe position and without face protection as well. Satisfying the client with quality alone is not enough . Engineering firms should enable a safe working environment and respect the lives of workers. Consider the workers as your children and then you will realise the safety needs. Invariably most of the contractors in India dont ensure this
