    First of all thank you for valuable technical information. I have some queries as follows,;
    1. Do we construct block wall over the PT Slab where there is no beam or only where beam placed. Otherwise hidden beam shall be placed or not.Please clarify.
    2. Can we utilize for the raft foundation such as mass reinforcement concrete.
    3. Can we provide the Stressing end will be on cantilever position which will be extended from beam or support.
    Awaiting your response will be highly appreciated.

      Block work can be done over PT slab if it’s loading is taken while design.
      Raft Foundation purely based on soil conditions

      @@KavinAssociatesOfficial company has 20 years experience good...but this guy has basic and less knowledge i think.... as you are talking abt your exp...in design field....for 60 feet span, even i can design with 975 x1200 beam in conventional method....for 60 feet span pt beam with 975mm depth is look like childish designer .
      Dont believe whatever your contractor says, they are not from heaven.
      You must have technical knowledge to find mistakes from your subcontractors and ask them to redesign or rework on their previous design.
      If you are not sound technically , then you will have to listen and shake your head and accept whatever he gives...
      Some will give you right things, but mostly you will get a incorrect one, or half baked like your pt contractor
