- In this episode I take a non-working 80cc motorized bike and overhaul it back to working condition while putting a complete twist on the chassis.

hello yeah how fast is this bicycle gold it has a small wheels on the back with 80cc turn the push camping again
This video inspired me that now I creating my own version of the bike but zombie style
Pretty cool, but I'd drop that small rear wheel and install a normal wheel-John in Texas
from personal experience these engines are practically bullet proof. Owned one for years, great fun. Love how you put on a pool start, best mod for starting it so you don't have to ruin the back wheel.

I really want to see more of this, maybe try a bigger wheel in the rear like a 22" and weld a bar into the bottom bracket hole so you're not dragging your feet

Why in the world would you use that cobbled together frame when the original frame was so nice? It looks like a wreck going down the road.
i just bought a motor kit and it said in the description that the wheel size is preferred to be 26' but does that mean thats mandatory? I was thinking about getting something larger wheels.
I put together one of these kits, and I don't see why you couldn't. Just slightly different gearing.

Pull start can be bought separately. I've never used one but everything I've heard tells they don't last long

The size of the wheel doesn't make much of a difference..if you want speed versus torque, the size of the sprocket is what you need to focus on..

Can anyone please help? I have an 80cc pedal and pop. I was riding around as normal then i pull in the clutch and for some reason it revvs up so much...? I have tried cleaning the carb and adjusting the idle screw however nothing changes and the bike revvs up really high and doesnt go down very fast
you have a air leak somewhere
Check if it’s pulling on your throttle cable anywhere and if that doesn’t work I’d recommend getting a new carb

You need a actual 2 stroke pipe with a expansion chamber running it like this is causing piwer loss
this was just to get it going, I wanna do the thrust muffler, the ported cylinder, upgraded reed/carb, head, and ignition possibly too

This would have gone differently if I set out and bought a kit, I wanted this to be something different. You can actually go back on my channel and see we've built the standard basic motorized bikes in the past already. your probably just a hater though
