I think "help" is the scariest thing a ghost can say, because it implies something very unpleasant could await us at the end of our lives
Only if you’ve been mean. Animals are Mother Earths eyes and ears so they see us in our most honest moments. You can lie to yourselves that you’re good people but in the end when you’re shown the full horror of your own actions on and against life, as seen through the eyes of all the animals in the world. Well. I guess some pillars of the community and property owners and business types that are going to be surprised to learn that no, they’re not good people.
Maybe it’s just the spirits recounting a moment they were in peril, like while River was overdosing.

Ryan has gotten so much braver/bolder as the years have passed. He heard please help me multiple times and stayed in that creepy closet hole like a god damn champ.
It's probably because he has done so many of these investigations over the years and nothing actually very spooky or dangerous has happened. So that kind of has emboldened him, because he knows what to expect at this point. Which most of the time is a lot of nothing.

To me this is the most compelling evidence yet. When asked if Anthony was buried there the spirit box says ‘obviously’. Then it says several times ‘help me’ and ‘please help me’. Then when Ryan asks if anyone is buried there the spirit box replied with ‘Anthony’. And then when Ryan is talking about River being one of his favourite actors the spirit box says ‘thank you’. This all seems a little too conversational to be just random words with no meaning

I think I more or less on the fence on ghost. Like they could be real, they might not but whenever I hear words from the spirit box, it legitimately creeps me out a bit to think that someone who has left this word is actually communicating with that device. It's the closest thing to an iPhone a ghost will ever have.

The reason glasses "fly" off of bartops is because when there is a thin layer of water under a hollow object, it will kind of "float" it, sometimes off the bar.
After watching so many Unsolved episodes, there is just something so indefinably powerful about seeing Shane sat there peacefully, looking to the camera and saying "I hope he finds a ghost."

when the voice said "clearly" and his name, i genuinely started tearing up. i believe in ghosts, but not much can move so much empathy through me like that. the same voice, so many times, with the backstory-- and how they pretended it wasn't there? It was just so-- clear. you could really tell what was being said, which normally in these videos its a shot in the dark. i wonder if they really re-watched this episode, or if they don't want to address it?
The "spirit box" is a classic example of "auditory pareidolia". Adding subtitles to the "voices" also primes the viewer. I listened to these spirit box recordings without looking at the subtitles and it sounded nothing like what is claimed in this video.
