Love when they go to places that are reported to be extremely haunted but come away with no real evidence - to me, that doesn't necessarily represent a failure, rather, I think it just adds to the show's authenticity and credibility, because you know for a fact they aren't faking anything
EXACTLY.... How many bloody so called Paranormal Investigators (Paranormal does not automatically mean supernatural. The word literally means....not normal, out of the norm.) have gone on that beautiful ship and have 'seen' objects, and people thrown about? How many have heard loud voices? Every single one of those dubious Investigators have 'experienced' amazing so called evidence. That alone causes me to question the authenticity of all of that evidence.

They know how much of an advantage it is to have people fearful of what they can't comprehend, that's why they have a permanent skeptic group of people. That would also explain why they choose "to haunt" people whenever they know full well that the people in question don't have anything good to record them with (though it's rarer now with everyone having phones being a thing).
My grandma used to work for the Queen Mary and always tells me this story. I’m not really sure if it’s true or not but she insists that it is. So after coming from Mexico into the U.S she needed a job to support her 4 children. She was also a single parent which made it harder for her in tons of ways. Anyway somehow she ended up as a janitor on the Queen Mary. She says that one day she was mopping the pool area late at night after it was closed. As she was about to pack up and head out she noticed that there were footprints leading out of the pool after being done mopping the pool. I always ask if maybe she made those footprints but they were bare footed prints. She also says it was about 3 hours after the pool closed so they couldn’t have been old. Not entirely if it’s true or not but it’s a great story.

While photography wasn't allowed, my brother broke the rules, snapping a shot of the pool after the lights went out. There was a glowing orb hovering over what looked like wet footprints. The orb wasn't light reflecting off an object, and it didn't look like a camera flare. It also wasn't an effect used in the tour itself as far as we could tell.

What i love about buzzfeed unsolved is that ryan and shane don't need to add fake extra sound effects to the scenes where there's nothing going on. Most ghost hunting tv shows will add effects. They're not fake about it which is great.

I don’t think the Queen Mary is haunted. The thing that makes it scary is the history of it, the amount of people who have died on it and the noisy old machinery (that is expected considering it was made in the 1930s). It makes us think that it’s haunted.
A cool idea would be to have Ryan and Shane stay the night in a series of random places (hotels/houses/police stations idk) where only a few are reportedly haunted, but not tell them which are and which aren't. Then see what their reactions are to each place.
It reminds me of this one SNL skit where they were mocking Ghost Hunters and the lead guy farted. The rest of the team responds with "did you hear that? The ghost said his name is Julian, and it left a smell!" 😂

They are really fucking real that happened to me with a cup in my eyes !!! The cup moved like 3 times it stop and it keep going like if someone was pushing it , it was in my mother/in-law house is haunted af I would never stay there again.
I remember going to the Queen Mary as a child and there being the strangest feeling there, as beautiful as the ship is, going through the hallways of the ship there was something entirely unsettling about being there, but in any case I would love to go back as some point, it’s truly amazing.
The empty cup on the shelf shakes when the toothpaste falls in Ryan’s teenage video. I think the biggest argument against that being paranormal is the fact they are on a boat. Yes, it’s docked, but it’s still on water and some movement is to be expected. The toothpaste rolling off the bag cause the bag to lift up, it really is just gravity.

I was visiting the Queen Mary, and since it was in December, [not really a tourist time], we weren't allowed to go to many places on the ship, but the original staterooms were so small, and there was this long, metal walkway, and underneath the walkway was a very deep, dark area, that was scary; the whole place reminded me of a very old hotel, it was so quiet, and spooky; you could easily get lost in there, kind of reminded me of how the Overlook hotel would have felt :)
Don't y'all think it's a bit ironic or superstitious that it was door '13'? I mean, I don't really believe in the superstitious signs like the number 13, a black cat crossing your path, breaking a mirror, walking under a ladder, etc but I couldn't help but point it out.

I remember going to the Queen Mary as a child and there being the strangest feeling there, as beautiful as the ship is, going through the hallways of the ship there was something entirely unsettling about being there, but in any case I would love to go back as some point, it’s truly amazing.

I was visiting the Queen Mary, and since it was in December, [not really a tourist time], we weren't allowed to go to many places on the ship, but the original staterooms were so small, and there was this long, metal walkway, and underneath the walkway was a very deep, dark area, that was scary; the whole place reminded me of a very old hotel, it was so quiet, and spooky; you could easily get lost in there, kind of reminded me of how the Overlook hotel would have felt :)

2. I'm pretty sure he emphasized the water part because anything on water tends to bob up and down thus increasing the chances that toothpaste falling down was vibrations from the boat and Ryan's movement and not ghosts.
