  • In this first part we get to see special forces SGM taking out his indigenous troops as they train on navigating the local countryside. Rare footage. Sadly Pegram would be killed during the worse loss of Special Forces life in the U.S Army's history. When FOB -4 Marble mountain would be over run by enemy soldiers.

    He was at FOB-3 Khe Sanh during the siege, too. Interesting character. Thanks for sharing.

      @@interviewswithwarriors you should contact MSG Chuck Norton US ARMY 5th SF GROUP Retired.
      He was my JROTC Instructor but couldn't speak of this unit now I know why.
      He did several Tour's.

      @@interviewswithwarriors I don't know anything else about him. I just remember him being mentioned by FOB-3 Veteran Russell Mann in the video "SOG Jungle Run: MACV SOG in Conversation 4" by Savage Game Design.
