I know this is a old video, but I give it a thumbs up. This is something I've wanting to try, but until I get my heli 100% predictable cause I working with a Trex clone then this is off limits :-(
I would suggest not skipping the basics. Learn to hover in all orientations. tail in, nose in and both sides facing you. Practice slow pirouettes .I find it easier to do figure 8's when learning forward flight. It all takes time and a simulator is a must have IMO
I actually have my orientations down fine along with piros. I fly figure 8s as well. My problem is my turns are ugly - I usually use stall turns to avoid a banked turn.
I have a simple question, I bought a 450 online about a year ago and was just doing some very carefull hovering and when I turn my throttle lever to left for rear rotor helicopter goes to right, if I move to right heli goes left, so i figured on my gyro I was set in norm and switched to revers but it still is the same, is this how the helicopter control works or is it wrong? and if so what is the next option to check?
Very clever and Informative video dude , Thanks
Great video as always Jack....
Thanks
thanks for the video, it's great i am gonna try it! but first a few attemps on the sim to build some muscle memory
You have an advanced remote control.
Thanks man. Informative.
Your welcome

Nice little video mate, I like the tx view :-)
P.s. your 130 sounds SWEET!
Thanks
so one of those switches controls the head speed and then the stick is just the pitch?
Great videos so far, from soko tool, so-on...thanks mate, always waiting for new videos....cheers
thks for sharing!
Why do you do 80% instead of 100%
80%?
JJInvertedProduction sorry, I mean 81%. You put 81% across all for throttle curve on stunt 2.
Sandwich Lover just where I liked it for the modified motor I was using
Learn how to flip a RC helicopter
I'd like to learn how to fly a banked curve please. My efforts so far have the ground attacking my heli :(
Do you mean a hurricane?
No actually I just want to fly to the end of the field, do a nice banked turn and fly back, do another turn and repeat.

What video would you like to see next?

+InTheFleshInc Move rudder stick left nose goes right. Did you figure it out?
