The R1 throttle tube partnr: 4yr-26240-02-00 is a direct fit. 1/5 turn to VOT. Onthe Gen 2 you will need to move the nut on the upper wire at the throttlebody cnnection to the other side to have adjustment. Other than that it is a plug&play.. 20usd new.
I rode it and It did make just enough difference. Remember you still need some control with the throttle. It feels like if it made more of a difference it would be hard to manage the throttle when the tires are cold for example while taking a turn and there's dirt on the road.
Here's the video of the seat install. In the description of the video I also have the link to purchase. ruclips.net/video/CXKb9Q1eQUs/видео.htmlsi=Y2cS6yspy_T8BavB
Not a worthwhile mod. Rather have seen a cruise control or heated grips. My Hayabusa has gone through two fuel pumps in 18,000.miles. Could you do a video for selecting and installing one and maybe changing the screens and or cleaning the fuel injectors. The OEM fuel pump for a gen II doesn't have a good filter so I suspect grit from the fuel tank or gasoline gets to the injectors.
Me personally I prefer as little slack as possible, that's how I had the original set up too. I like the throttle to be sensitive and instant, at least on a road bike.
Unless I got my hayabusa to do stupid shit like going to the track and pretend something that I m not, I will understand this shit… other that that… you are crazy, I like your videos tho
I like the thinner grips, screw the heated ones if they are thicker 🤣🤣. Keep em coming!

Was about to order this mod for my fireblade but after seeing the difference in travel for WOT it doesn’t seem very worth it

Where did you get the slip ons from?
Got them from this place store.58cycle.com/product-p/leo%20vin%20busa%2008%20un%20slip.htm
What seat do you have and what do you recommend?

If you went through 2 fuel pumps in 18k something isn't right man. I got 22k on it, still with the original pump and works like a champ.
Any day now!
You need to leave the slack in, you have too less of a slack but I guess you'll find that out later😮💨.
Me personally I prefer as little slack as possible, that's how I had the original set up too. I like the throttle to be sensitive and instant, at least on a road bike.
