coltsuperocean10 I think the current format of Top Gear has perhaps run its course. I think there is a finite limit to the number of silly antics you can do involving vehicles. I read that May and Hammond refused to record the show without Clarkson which is why the series was pulled so if Clarkson is pushed I reckon they will go too.

On the other hand there are people such as myself who deeply respect it as an achievement, who appreciate the amount of thought and work that is being put into every single example but simply wouldn't want one. There's absolutely no chemistry whatsoever between this car and me. Half a million would buy me something much more to my liking. Something Italian probably.
Right before you asked about spending $500,000 on an old 911 towards the end, I was daydreaming about having that money to spend on a vehicle this beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate forking over that much. In fact, the only thing I would hesitate on is the idea of being buried inside of it or leaving it to someone who would truly care for it like I would after I passed. 10/10 for everything about this video.
When you're smiling the whole time you drive a car that is pure fun, you realize this is how driving should be. Forget the technical reasons, or styling changes, or anything else, your having a great time that makes the rest of all the little things we are irritated with disappear. Doesn't matter the brand or make, it's just fun to do. I got my dream car, 6 speed, B5 blue, 016 HellCat. My friends still laugh when I pull up to visit and hop out grinning ear to ear. I'd love to drive one of these Singer versions. Chris never stopped smiling, that's the clue for something special about the way Singer puts soul into their work. Plus it's fun to actually drive one.
I’ve watched this video several times over many months and each time I come away more blown away! The attention to detail is beyond belief. I give a major pat on the back to Rob Dickinson and his crew for creating cars with this level of perfection! As spray painted on one of Singer Design’s walls, Everything Is Important. That pretty much says it all!
Even as a german i have to say this is the best looking 911 i have ever seen.. Perfectly matches the 70s Porsches..a little new technology, lots more details than in the regular one. Love it,..thank u america for rebuilding and bringing it to perfection. Cheers
I can't even count how many times I've watched this. The best car journalist of all time presenting the best version of the best car of all time. Rob is eloquent, Chris is Chris, the cars are intoxicating. Just great TV.
When Chris said "so it ended up taking 2 years and hundreds of thousands of dollars", and then Rob goes "yes". You can see all the sleepless nights and the endless eating of instant ramen noodles on Rob's face as he was saying yes.
I dont know bout Ramen. I used to work in bespoke custom design residential homes, $1-6 million costs. Turn around time was about 1.5 to 2 years. Yes.. that is what it takes for painstaking hands on crafstmanship where nothing is manufactured in volume & just about all of it is spec designed or ordered or created on site... Concerning food, no we were expected to be @ the top of our game, so eating crap doesn't work. Mistakes are exceptionally costly & too many you are out. In the video you can see these guys take care of themselves, you have to when you often average 10-15 hour days 6-7 days a week. Especially when the timeline is shorter than normal.
John Betbabanta that's what I always thought, until I realized that trying to win the game how it was played years ago is the failure of most ambitious people. You are holding the key to material excess in your hand. A smartphone, wifi and reading comprehension trumps a Wharton education prior to the internet. Compound interest destroyed a sickness that plagued my family for generations, poverty is a disease. 10k bankroll and good timing along with due diligence becomes over one million dollars in around 12 years. That is with a very reasonable expectation for return on investment. The crooks in Brooks Brothers suits on Wall Street want you to believe it is so difficult and it is not really just a ponzi scheme based on a fiat currency by definition to keep the status quo. Nobody is going to tell you what the secret is. I am definitely telling you that there is one. I wish you much success and progress in your quest for a Singer, JP Morgan himself said that there is nothing more full of potential than the dark horse in finance. The products of nepotism he is competing with are not prepared or capable of dealing with him
Fantastic episode. I was riveted. No unnecessary banter; no nonsensical "soundbite hunting" or unfit injection of humor by either the producers or Chris. Just fact-based story-telling. Well done.
The one thing ill say about Chris Harris, his videos never get old and his automotive enthusiasm is almost tangible. Saw my first singer last night came home and watched this video to fully appreciate what I saw. Thank you Chris
The Singer 911 is so freakin' awesome. The Singer 911 is to Porsche as the Shelby Cobra is to A/C. I have got to drive one soon. Harris might pick one up, but he still probably laments getting rid of his 911 GT3 4.0 which is a future classic. Even Mark Webber told him it was a bad move at a car show. But maybe before he picks up a Singer 911, he should try to buy back the car he sold or find another 911 GT3 4.0, then pick up a Singer 911. Who knows? Just my ever humble opinion.
I like the way you think a lot lol but he sold the rs 4.0 because it was too expensive and the singer 911 all tricked out costs a 150k More than a standard gt3rs 4.0 =( lmao it is as much a "I buy because I can" kind of car as it is a ultimate drivers car.
@Destroy Liberals Trodde det var Marshal gitar/bass forsterkere som gikk til 11...Var Spinal Tap involvert? Og elsker 911 frem til 1991, Disse har jo stil, I motsetning til 9ff,..og andre
I LOVE the idea of these no nonsense, raw, visceral cars with modern underpinnings. A classic 911 with Ohlins suspension and modern brakes? Mother of Christ... And look at the time, effort, and dedication. All those hours spent just trying to develop the perfect wheel and tire combination. He could have gone with the easy route and just slapped on a set of wheels that looked pretty good after the rest of the car was sorted, but no, had to be perfect. In a world driven by motivations of making something as cheap as possible and and quickly as possible to appeal to the widest variety of people as possible, I just wish I could afford to purchase items like this made by people who actually are in it for more than just the money.
I have seen these cars before, but this is the single most beautiful car related video i've ever seen. I would give up many things just to drive this car for a day, i've never experienced one, but it means something to me already.
Thigrandil Technically it's the trunk, since the engine is in the back. Upholstery in the engine bay would likely melt or catch on fire.. but it would look hella cool.
im pretty sure its made out of flame-proof material, especially since the porsches trunk is so small and close to the engine. looks really really cool. but to spend 500$ on a 25year old 911 Singer porsche... holy fuck
Singer 911s are works of art, they belong on a public platform for the world to witness there beauty, I'd happily drive one round for them, if they need someone to fulfil this public service. The perfect car in my world, nothing comes close to them in the form of a usable supercar that is so understated that it would fit in with all classes of people, forget the hyper supercars, your Veyrons, Ferraris, Zondas and Koenigseggs. They bring to much theatre to the proceedings of the word 'car'. It should bring about a simplistic child-like quality and when I was young, it was the simple shape of those early 911s that made it for me, sometimes 'less is more' and the Singer is perfect in everyway!
Half a million dollars or not, this is fabulous. What a shame the factory have abandoned the Clubsport monniker and don't produce a few stripped out and more basic versions of their current offerings - shorn of adaptive suspension, switchable exhausts and all of the rest of the 'essential' crap. They mightn't shift thousands of them, but they'd buy a lot of credibility and goodwill amongst their most vocal fans. I don't even mean stuff like the Cayman R or the Boxster Spyder (though they were close). A 991 CS based on a C2 with a simplified interior, two or three colour options only, manual only, one choice of alloy, non-adaptive suspension and a few spec deletions for 10% less than the price of a regular 991 C2. A pipe dream, but it'd be lovely.
Most of the people will never understand the level of dedication these guys put into developing, engineering and building each one of these cars. Its just flawless, the 911 that makes you love it at first sight. Just look at it people, interior makes me cry i dont have 300k for it. Look at Chris, hes having a best time in a liftetime in a car. Overpriced?? Id give a million for it if I could. Its just like no other car. It has a history, a soul, the beauty, the power, It has every single thing.
When Singers were a half a million! Unbelievable. Now they're millions! That was quick! I wonder how many Singer imitations there are now, seems like another one pops up every day.
+Gobboh As a Porsche owner myself ( 1983 SC 911 ) I can respect the work put into these......while still keeping the air cooled spirit alive, there's a fine line from being original & creative to being over the top...sometimes less is more !
My dad has a 1986 3.2 Carrera and he often lets me drive it. I absolutely agree. This has been, is, and will be my ultimate dream car for quite a long time. Magnificent!!
Buying a 1970s Porsche and restoring it would give a car that would be just as special as a Singer. My goal is to buy a classic Porsche and have it restored to factory specification so as to drive a 70s Porsche as if it was brand new.
My sense is the factory is not thrilled with Singer. I understand why they wouldn’t be. While their work is well executed, the question is whether their products, which sell for hundreds of thousands per, are still Porsches or are they something else? This shop wouldn’t sell a single car without the Porsche mystique, and yet they completely reinterpret the car with no input from the factory.
John Richards Chris Harris was on Joe Rogans podcast and Joe actually asked him what Porsche thinks of the Singer. Chris said many guys at Porsche love Singer. The only issue they have is the “911” brand name. They don’t like anyone playing with their intellectual property. So technically you have to call this car a “911 reimagined by Singer” to avoid legal issues.
Stunning, simply stunning. The detail, attention and love put into each car is obvious, a very special few days Monkey, thanks for taking us along for the ride. 👍🏻
If they've gone this far, they might as well forgo the donor car, and begin making their own body stampings for a completely manufactured car from the ground up. Like Caterham did with the Lotus Seven.
There are only so many original platforms left to modify, might as well start from scratch. I can imagine that such an act though would require input and approval from Stuttgart directly, didn't RUF do something similar during their heyday?
brent cabot Factory support and approval certainly couldn't hurt. I don't think RUF has ever built from scratch, but rather started with bodies in white, partially assembled factory Porsches. Basically similar to the starting point at which Singer modifies their own cars.
I will admit that I didn't have as much respect for these types of cars as I should have. Then my neighbor tossed me the keys to his stock 964 and it was life changing. Now I am enamored with this Singer because it is an amazing piece of raw visceral ingenuity.
When I first saw the video I couldn't believe my eyes. Rob and his team have (in my opinion) made the "Perfect 911". The car is one of the most fantastic cars I have seen (and I have seen a lot of cars) and if I do manage to get one, it for sure will become a family jewel.
@ 22:50 what an AWESOME shot! Seeing him dance with the wheel through the window, while you can see the front wheel flicking back and forth, and the turns coming up ahead! That was mastery!
I feel like through the entire tour Chris is getting more and more frustrated thinking, "I wish I'd bought one of these instead of building my own. God I wish I had one of these."
i watched this review so many times and it just doesnt get boring. and the car just gets better and better. hands down, this is the most beautiful car, that has ever been built!! if i won the lottery i would go straight to singer and order my own.
A Pure piece of Perfect Porsche....Magnificent Car ! This video Chris has here shows you clearly why you Love this car and desire one of your own...listen to that sound, OMG !
Lambos, Ferraris, P1 and R8: "Look at me, arsehole! My owner has a very small penis" Porsche: "Look at my babyface! My owner gets all the girls and he is true sports car enthusiast"
Look at me I couldn't afford an exotic convertible so I'm going to buy a hairdresser 2004 box stet that about £9000 but it's a sport car so I'm still a rich cliche. Fuck off
I am absolutelly mesmerized! Whaaaat a MACHINE! BTW Singer reminds me that US family workshop building classic Pontiac Trans-Am based on current Camaro and they dedicate such precision to their creations as well....
One of Chris Harris' best vids. I can't decide which is my favourite (there are a few) but this is top 5. Aside from the car itself - mouth-watering - it's obvious Rob Dickinson knows he's being interviewed by another 911 tragic, and that's what brings his huge passion for the 911 out. Half a mill? Why not? Excellence should be rewarded.
+Alison Rice Maybe the car isn`t that "simple"? The 20 year old electrical system of the 964 is completly replaced with a lightweight, state of the art system that surpasses most current road car and motorsport systems in both quality, longevity and functionality. A Cosworth Pectel engine management unit,Motec power distribution modules replace the entire fuse system along with motorsport and military specification connectors and wiring upgrades. Data logging and diagnostic abilities to allow remote access to service data for vehicles where ever they are in the world, that s**t ain`t cheap... Much like Paganis, money isn`t an issue when building a Singer. Getting the best components available is
For sure he was either talking out of his ass (notice the hesitation) or he misunderstood the question. Impossible that some wiring and connectors cost that much
This is like watch making except you can fully immerse yourself in the experience....what a car. True perfection of the original design. May I be fortunate enough one day to drive one...
It`s really quite sad that a market has emerged for Americans to spend half a million dollars on a tarted up old Porsche 911 because in essence they have over the years not really manufactured enough desirable alternatives of their own, It does seem to be not purely a financial situation but a cultural thing, USA car buyers it`s Luxury = Oversized, Performance = Only in a straight line, It`s such a shame because they are well capable of manufacturing them and the market is there
the Corvetter hangs with the best of any European sports car, Ford GT 40 ran an won Le Mans, and let us not forget the Carol Shelby or mustangs and cameros! Maybe not all american cars perform like euro cars, but there are a few worth mentioning…oh did i mention the new Dogde Viper? check them out to.
***** Know all about them. Neither the Corvette of Viper can match the European sports cars in terms of refinement. When I lived in Germany I owned an 89 base 944 and my roommate had a 91 Vette. Sure the Vette was faster but in terms of driving enjoyment the 944 was far and away better. The new Corvettes are much better but so are the new Porsche's.
musicisfree91 euro cars have more refinement than a Vette or Viper...American cars were never about tuxedo's if you will...they were rugged like the wild west: untamed, brute power without finesse. Because of euro's, America stepped up Thier game. (I'm glad they did) I for one would love to drive and own a Vette or a viper someday...that guttural exhaust note as you reach peak rpm as you engage the clutch and depress the gas and get pushed back into your seat as your sense tell you to scream... this is what makes American cars, American. They never set out to BE euro's but strive to BEAT them in a races. They have successfully done that in all major internationally recognized sanctioned races.
@ 8:33 you can close your eyes and just imagine that car coming out of a corner at Spa or Le Mans. It is pure and intoxicating. I've watched this video probably a dozen times, and always enjoy it.
Rob is an awesome dude, and a great musician to boot. His albums with Catherine Wheel are still some of my favorites. Would kill for one of his Porsches.
Always loved 911's and I agree about how they have a 'friendly face; which is king of refreshing in a world of scowling, aggressive sports cars. I would venture to say that the duality he spoke of with the 911 would also apply to the Corvette. Both are cars that can happily do daily driving duty, maybe pack some groceries occasionally, and tear up a track when the owner feels like it.

coltsuperocean10 I think the current format of Top Gear has perhaps run its course. I think there is a finite limit to the number of silly antics you can do involving vehicles. I read that May and Hammond refused to record the show without Clarkson which is why the series was pulled so if Clarkson is pushed I reckon they will go too.
Not as a replacement for Clarkson but he could easily be a team member he is definitely a car nut.
He is already in the team ... he is the stig !
***** Ah ... and u are right. Its not a mystery anymore .... Ben Collins is the Stig. See below ....
www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1308890/Why-The-Stig-Ben-Collins-unmasked--1m-losses-frustrated-ambition.html
I have never wanted something so bad in my life.
same here, damn
Same man...
Same...
too bad it costs half a mil.
On the other hand there are people such as myself who deeply respect it as an achievement, who appreciate the amount of thought and work that is being put into every single example but simply wouldn't want one. There's absolutely no chemistry whatsoever between this car and me. Half a million would buy me something much more to my liking. Something Italian probably.
spavatch k
Never been into Porsches, but this thing is beasty.
I have been around Porsche's for a long time and I must say that this is the most gloreous car ever!!!
There are only 2 Words to describe this Car, ART & PERFECTION
Artfection? Carfection. Perfection.
When Chris said "so it ended up taking 2 years and hundreds of thousands of dollars", and then Rob goes "yes". You can see all the sleepless nights and the endless eating of instant ramen noodles on Rob's face as he was saying yes.
you mean cocaine habit
“Yeah we get paid half a mill to work on a car but, I’m hungry guys let’s go shopping for ramen.” fuckin idiot
@@marcstreiff6067 Exactly.
@@fogtown3027 I think they had to make the investment upfront before the revenue was generated. Big risk.
Oh yay! Another thing that I really want but will never afford
Anything is possible ;)
Even if you`re unskilled, unemployed, hideous and alone, you can still buy a lottery ticket! :D
John Betbabadabingbadaboom With that attitude you won't
Yup... bought one... sucker was broken... nothin' happened!!!!!! :^)
Was referring to Jan Christian Frodahl's lotto reference... sucker's still broken!
The products of nepotism he is competing with are not prepared or capable of dealing with him
7 years later this is still my favorite video on the internet. What a gorgeous machine.
What a massive step Singer made from this to where they are now!!!
Watching the fifth gear review and then this one is a night and day difference.
To hear Singer talk about tire stretch is cool.
Agreed Chris Harris should be one of the new presenters on Top Gear..
Sandra Rios Harris doesn't make nearly as much money as Webber. He couldn't afford to keep up with the cost of ownership of the 4.0
I just learned that Rob Dickinson is Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson's cousin. Just when I thought it couldn't get more awesome...
fooloof Yes ,he was the singer for Catherine Wheel, and he's Bruce Dickinson's cousin.
Now owner of "Singer", and he's a Singer! Mind blown
Now I understand "your skin is black metallic"!
@Destroy Liberals
Trodde det var Marshal gitar/bass forsterkere som gikk til 11...Var Spinal Tap involvert?
Og elsker 911 frem til 1991,
Disse har jo stil, I motsetning til 9ff,..og andre
Sorry.. Norwegian.. Thought it was Marshal Amp. That started the volume knob
to go to 11..!?
Love these guys.. Pretty far from 9ff....
If i won the lottery i would buy one of these no question! same with the eagle E type! i love them
And the Alfaholics GTA-R. Ultimate three car garage!
Add the Alfa Romeo Disco Volante to that list and then we're talking!
You could buy a 1970 or even 1980s Porsche and then spend a few years restoring it and it would be as good as Any singer car out there.
youd would take 1 and half yrs to have it ready ,Hes like way booked .
@@bighands69 You did watch and perhaps most importantly 'listen' to this presentation. Well, did you punk.??
I believe not.!
Absolutely beautiful. You could not have been more complete and in depth in expressing the wonder of 911s and the genius of Singer. Thank you.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping the 911 alive...... hopefully forever!!!!!
Note to /DRIVE: While a Porsche engine roars you are supposed to cut the music !
In a world driven by motivations of making something as cheap as possible and and quickly as possible to appeal to the widest variety of people as possible, I just wish I could afford to purchase items like this made by people who actually are in it for more than just the money.
as always, brilliant Chis Harris.
Bo Huggabee looks and what it really does when you drive are completely different things
Fabulous car, fabulous remaking and preparation, fabulous Singer Porsches! Stay safe!
I have seen these cars before, but this is the single most beautiful car related video i've ever seen. I would give up many things just to drive this car for a day, i've never experienced one, but it means something to me already.
this is the first time i have ever seen an engine compartment having apolstery. great looking idea!
Thigrandil Technically it's the trunk, since the engine is in the back. Upholstery in the engine bay would likely melt or catch on fire.. but it would look hella cool.
im pretty sure its made out of flame-proof material, especially since the porsches trunk is so small and close to the engine. looks really really cool. but to spend 500$ on a 25year old 911 Singer porsche... holy fuck
Repzol Try again ,look at 19.00 clearly see the upholstery in the engine bay.
22:51. Is there a better camera angle in the world when Chris is driving on a track?
This is (to my taste) about the sexiest car available today - but "available" may be overstating it a little, at 350,000+ dollars :(
Singer 911s are works of art, they belong on a public platform for the world to witness there beauty, I'd happily drive one round for them, if they need someone to fulfil this public service.
Petition for Singer to gift Chris Harris a Singer for this video which pretty much rocketed them into the stratosphere of greatness.
You mean a 911 R ;)
And years later, the 911T came out. Except it was a complete joke, and more expensive than the base car.
And Porsche wouldn't allow but the chosen few to buy them
the work behind these cars is Pagani's level
Carlitox b Pagani’s are tasteless, Singers aren’t
@@julian987r4 how are paganis tasteless?
LookOutItsCar!!!! That you have to ask such a question suggests you are in the wrong channel.
@@julian987r4all I did was ask how Pagani is tasteless
LookOutItsCar!!!! Exactly my point. If you have to ask such a question then you just won’t accept the answer. All the very best to you. Best regards
Chris Harris should replace "The American" on The Grand Tour...he's the best on-the -track automotive tester...
Amen.
3:25 notice the mad max police interceptor in the background
I'd like to know what Porsches thoughts are on those cars. I honestly love them :)
The time and effort put into that design and then the result. Worth it.
I think they're actually doing that now several recent singers have been 100% carbon bodies which obviously isn't factory
+Mista Butterworth I agree, all they seemed to use was about 5Lbs. of Porsche steel, might as well lighten it up a bit...:D
+Mista Butterworth - Agree. A completely carbon car from the ground up would incredible.
When you realise Chris Harris got more views on this one than Top Gear...
Yourself and Mr Leno is the only 2 thus far than have reviewed that Company ..
Top Gear (James May) as well.
kuba2499
i don't watch TG , rarely did when tv was worthy of watching .. if at that
I will admit that I didn't have as much respect for these types of cars as I should have. Then my neighbor tossed me the keys to his stock 964 and it was life changing. Now I am enamored with this Singer because it is an amazing piece of raw visceral ingenuity.
i'm not a 911 guy, but i'd love to have an endless conversation with singer guys about this car. what a lovingly created beautiful piece of art...
je possède une 930 L de 1979 ça ronronne très fort et ce n'est pas de la conduite mais du pilotage.
that tshirt at the end...
I basically want to do exactly this to a 944.
Thomas Gensamer 944’s deserve more love mine is my first sports car and it changed my life
When I first saw the video I couldn't believe my eyes.
That was mastery!
this is pure pornography...how youtube even allow this video to be uploaded?
I feel like through the entire tour Chris is getting more and more frustrated thinking, "I wish I'd bought one of these instead of building my own. God I wish I had one of these."
Imagine they'd do a 550 or 718 rsk.....
i watched this review so many times and it just doesnt get boring. and the car just gets better and better. hands down, this is the most beautiful car, that has ever been built!! if i won the lottery i would go straight to singer and order my own.
A Pure piece of Perfect Porsche....Magnificent Car ! This video Chris has here shows you clearly why you Love this car and desire one of your own...listen to that sound, OMG !
so wheres that "more affordable, less fancy" version? :C
well ... it's called the original base model of this, and can be found on used-car-dealers.
Try the Pomona Swap Meet. That's where I found a '74 Carrera (1 of 528)
Only 500k.
Lambos, Ferraris, P1 and R8: "Look at me, arsehole! My owner has a very small penis"
Porsche: "Look at my babyface! My owner gets all the girls and he is true sports car enthusiast"
please elaborate
Look at me I couldn't afford an exotic convertible so I'm going to buy a hairdresser 2004 box stet that about £9000 but it's a sport car so I'm still a rich cliche. Fuck off
+TheCamscot boxster*
I am absolutelly mesmerized! Whaaaat a MACHINE! BTW Singer reminds me that US family workshop building classic Pontiac Trans-Am based on current Camaro and they dedicate such precision to their creations as well....
One of Chris Harris' best vids. I can't decide which is my favourite (there are a few) but this is top 5. Aside from the car itself - mouth-watering - it's obvious Rob Dickinson knows he's being interviewed by another 911 tragic, and that's what brings his huge passion for the 911 out. Half a mill? Why not? Excellence should be rewarded.
lol, he said "ricer"
Throughout the entire video I just clutch at my tinkle and groan incoherently.....
How in the fuck could a wiring harness for such a simple car cost $30k?!?!
Impossible that some wiring and connectors cost that much
Still so great to watch. Just gorgeous, timeless. I saw a Singer in real life this summer, it was absolutely magnificent.
This is like watch making except you can fully immerse yourself in the experience....what a car. True perfection of the original design. May I be fortunate enough one day to drive one...
It`s really quite sad that a market has emerged for Americans to spend half a million dollars on a tarted up old Porsche 911 because in essence they have over the years not really manufactured enough desirable alternatives of their own, It does seem to be not purely a financial situation but a cultural thing, USA car buyers it`s Luxury = Oversized, Performance = Only in a straight line, It`s such a shame because they are well capable of manufacturing them and the market is there
They've sold quite a few in the Mid East as well but you have a point. There is no reason the Corvette can't be as good as a 911.
the Corvetter hangs with the best of any European sports car, Ford GT 40 ran an won Le Mans, and let us not forget the Carol Shelby or mustangs and cameros! Maybe not all american cars perform like euro cars, but there are a few worth mentioning…oh did i mention the new Dogde Viper? check them out to.
*****
The Ford GT40 was designed and engineered by a team in the UK.
(I'm glad they did)
I for one would love to drive and own a Vette or a viper someday...that guttural exhaust note as you reach peak rpm as you engage the clutch and depress the gas and get pushed back into your seat as your sense tell you to scream... this is what makes American cars, American.
It simply looks perfect as an oldtimer 911 - they got those wheels and the stance absolutely spot on - it´s marvelous all together.
As a 997.1 C2S owner this is my dream car.
Better keep buying Euromilliions tickets then.
Great vid Chris and massive respect to the guys at Singer.
Expensive self indulgence. Worth every cent.
What a load of amazing work and dedication to quality and aesthetics, well done boys!
The light green one they were working on in the background was so absolutely lovely wow!
I can't believe all the negative comments, this is car art at its finest. Just gorgeous.
I love this car just from watching the video. Pure passion and emotion, I think once you own a Singer, you cannot go without anymore after that!
Used to drive a friends 911 C4S. Since then I've loved Porsche even more and a singer would be my no1 car to own.
Beautiful.
so much respect for these Singer guys. truly an art.
Rob is an awesome dude, and a great musician to boot. His albums with Catherine Wheel are still some of my favorites. Would kill for one of his Porsches.
Line of the week "It's pretty easy to ruin a great car". Very true but this is an example of how to love and support one - wonderful.
Chris Harris always doing badass things... BAMF!! Love you Chris!
