Respectfully your information on the 2018 & 2023 Demons contain errors. I own two 2018 Demons and a VIN Matched 170 Demon. You are correct on the 168mph limit on the 2018 Demon with Rev Limiter and also correct on the 211mph top speed without the limiter. But you failed to note that limiter is removed by a fully warrantied factory supplied PCM. The Demon 170 is limited to 149mph and there is no factory supplied warrantied PCM to remove the limiter. Also Dodge has sent a letter stating it's dangerous for this car to exceed 149mph due to the beefier driveshaft. If you remove the limiter you will also lose your warranty. There is currently a lawsuit in which I'm participating in against Dodge due the fact the 215mph top speed is false as Dodge removed all references to 215mph from all literature associated with the Demon 170. Currently, the fastest stock Dodge is the 2018 Demon at 211mph with the factory crate supplied PCM which a stock product necessary for the Demon to run the advertised 9.65 1/4 mile. I'm a fan of your channel and wanted to supply you with the correct accurate information. Keep bringing us great content. Thanks

I was just happy that my stock regular cab 2wd 2005 Daytona edition RAM 1500 can do 150+mph. When I first bought it, it was speed limited to 110mph. I got a better exhaust and a tune, and it gets over 150mph now. I, of course, upgraded to V rated tires before trying those speeds. I don't drive it like that all the time, but it's nice to know what it can actually do and not be limited to 110mph.
About 143mph in a '14 SXT Plus w/ CAI and Quad Exit Exh, w/ Diablo tune. And 145 '10 SXT CAI, New Injectors, spark plugs, and coils, Diablo Tune, pypes Exhaust Kit.

I own a 2019 Dodge Charger GT V6. Running on 20" wheels and TOYO PROXES ST III. Speed governor limits the vehicle to 132mph in 5th gear at 5400rpm. So gears 6, 7 and 8 will never see high speeds. My guess is that the Charger will do about 145ish before the V6 is shut down by aero.

Under 51K out the door How about the spedo error on the cars. Less then the spedo shows.. Challenger and Mustang guys NOT happy with me... My 08 Cadillac STS V YES STS, 4.4 North Star, 267 C. I. supercharged V8 topes out @ 163 mph GPS verified, 4,600 lb 4 door grocery getter. Consistent 12.8's 1/4 mile. Other then exhaust, 100% stock

Ahh mopar guy trying to up mopar again. The demon149 top speed is 149mph. It’s not tires or limiter. The whole “215mph” is just hype and dodge remove that webpage that contains that misinformation. Dodge themselves said that do not under no circumstance modify the demon149 cause it would shatter if you want to go over 150mph. You of all mopar people should know this by now my man.
@@m00nbutter7 the driveshaft isn’t enginered to go beyond 150mph. The demon149 is designed to go to the 1/4 as quickly as possible. It will go 150mph briefly but the computer then takes it back to 149mph so the car won’t kill you. Go watch Butter da insider, TK garage and OC motivator about it.

Dodge doesn’t recomend changing either because the car is only designed to go through the 1/4 mile then thats it. Dodge took out the page that states “215mp” because it wasn’t real. Get your facts right. This channel didn’t know any better.
I don’t believe that’s the case. Have seen 09 R/Ts for sale as well as some being reviewed. In addition, if Dodge only offered a manual they would seriously tank their own sales (only 20-30% of buyers ever chose manual when it was offered on Challengers)

Don't deactivate anything you don't have to, you never know what the system is going to do. Keep that trick in your back pocket if needed.

The GT Charger also has a performance oriented differential so it’ll likely go faster than the sxt trim

Why would it shatter? Rts can do 155 so why would a demon shatter

The demon was limited because of tires at 167. They took the limiter off and it did 215 .
