This helped, after games looking at my stat sheet I wasn’t very happy seeing I was getting around 7 point and 10 boards, now I look and I’m seeing around 15 points on 10 boards
@@brayden445well he’s most likely a PF/C considering he’s close enough to the rim consistently to get that many boards…. and he’s probably also pretty tall to be playing said position…. 😂
Hello, I am starting basketball and my coach is going to play me as a center and I have a question. How many steps can you take after you have caught the ball with two hands and then dribbled and then held the ball with two hands again, because when we look at 3:23 , we can see he does this same thing but continues dribbling.
I am a power forward at 6'1 for my.inramural team . Usually I'm taking either people my size sometimes bigger and smaller I have trouble with smaller efender sometimes because they are very fast and steal the pass. How can I avoid this. Because I have pretty much got these moves with a couple of variations like dream shake and Tim Duncan bank shot but I don't know how to avoid the steal on the pass
What if you are defending, how will tackle such post moves? Considering the fact that your opponent contains all the post skills which you've just presented in your video. At least i have learned something on the offensive side. But now the problem is defense. I will be waiting on your next video on how to defend such post moves💯🔥
Great video! Hey coach, could you do a video on a post-up move with a touch of shimmies. I didn't see any video on this particular move. Jordan Bell does the move towards the end in this video (ruclips.net/video/dmksoJc2hJg/видео.html). It looks like he moved his pivot foot, but am not too sure.

Wow, very clear instructions. Thanks Coach.
Thanks for this. I am gonna learn each one of them one step at a time and be more confident in my post-game . Cheers!
Been watching basketball training vids on RUclips for 10 years now and this is really good, thanks!
Great workout drills. Simple yet effective. Thanks coach!

Thanks coach!
Thank a lot coach
Great. I will play and practice it
Thenks
Worthy video Paul. Add some vids of pros doing these moves for some visual mental add on for the viewers. I know this stuff works. They need to see it
Great video!

How tall are you?

You got too make sure you post up on your strong shooting hand. Posting up on the opposite block your limited in the moves you can make.😊
Very Cool! 😊
If you’re gonna pro hop to the middle, is it better to bounce low with two hands ?
That court looks amazing
Wow 🥰 facinating 🙌
Quality content
seriously: the BEST set of basic post moves!!
As a post player at what angles should use the board or shoot it directly through the Rim?
Best video
Good job
Great
I love this game 😁
Ultimate Defense of Billy Corgan
Nice move
Good
You should talk about the step dribble hop footwork you do. Young players have problems with it.
Nice offensive moves

He finishes his dribble drive with a jump stop. A jump stop is considered one step, even though it's both feet.
@@BB-wg3tw Thank you
Still helping me!
Billy Corgan doin' basketball now😅😅😅
Best video in yt
D'best👍
Great video.

Isn'tt Tommy travelling with that hop stop after he collects the ball

Seal them and meet the ball dont wait on it

Gwanmesia Brenden well that would have to be another video. This video was of my Top 5 Post Moves.
on 3rd move, no need to put ball on the floor, as the pivot foot never returns to the floor.. if foot returns, then a travel, if not, legal

posts should catch the ball above the block at least... more towards the first lane marker
agent 47 playing basketball...watch your back.
Doesn't 2:58 get the ball ripped before you even bring it all the way up?
3:08 I think this is up and under
4:00
Nice video, but 5:05 is travel (outside USA)
depends on the defense made by the opponent ha ha ha. speed is the key
2:45 (time stamp for me)
