I’m going into my six weeks post hysterectomy & I was listening to you the other day concerning physical therapy after recovery. Definitely going to ask my doctor 👩🏽‍⚕️ about this. I’ve always worked out 💪🏾 every day so I’m so ready to get back to it. Been feeling great had to have the bikini cut my uterus was enlarged & numerous fibroids, but never had any symptoms until last year I had what I thought was a period. I looked like a pregnant woman 🤰 now my stomach is so flat.

Hi, can a hysterectomy cause a prolapse? I had everything removed last week.

@@adivap9901 it can but doing the right pelvic floor and core exercises plus healthy habits with lifting can prevent risk. Check out my program: www.level4pt.org/hysterectomy_recovery
