Thank you for your videos! I’m 3 weeks post total laparoscopic hysterectomy with BSO and I found your videos because I am in constant fear that I’m doing too much or not enough and your videos have helped reassure me and guide me along with my doctor’s advice.
I had my total hysterectomy about 2 years ago, and I've been dealing with lower back pain and stiffness regularly since then. Do you think your program can still help, or should I see a PT to develop a customized plan?
If you have not had a consistent program of the right core exercises then YES absolutely my newest Pelvic Floor Pilates program would help you the most. $25 off for Black Friday: drdawnandalon.com/pelvic-floor-pilates/. USE code HOLIDAY25 for the discount at checkout!
My endometriosis was misdiagnosed for 7 years and when my doctors finally listened to me I needed two surgeries. I lost so much time, I was so alone, I was told I couldn't run distance again, and now I'm trying to complete my 100 miles and I'm more recovered than my surgeon even imagined. To the women who are currently in pain: I want you to believe in yourselves - you are warriors ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love your videos. I am studying ballet, and after a workout, my feet are in pain so serious that I can hardly walk. I don't want to give up. Any tips or video you can show me to perhaps alleviate this?
@@lucygrant1826 sorry to hear! Is it the shoes? Have you seen a physical therapist in person to see what’s wrong? Hard for me to answer without knowing your history and the context. Appreciate you watching 😄
@@dr.dawnhealthypelvis Well to save money, I did get lower-quality ballet shoes, but since then I learned my lesson. I did see a physical therapist and it did help. I was wondering if you have some form of exercise that I could do after my workout .

@@TheLizwillis so glad you found the info helpful! Best wishes with your recovery ❤️
Of all the people who had hysterectomies or recommended one, no one mentioned back pain as a side effect.
@@lrajic8281 sometime is comes much later, but working on the right exercises and the tips in this video can prevent it! Thanks for watching!

Can doing scar tissue work help several years after hysterectomy?
