How To Get Realistic Citizens & Vehicles in Cities Skylines

This is a city called Vanila Pekan. The gameplay is vanilla and so are the buildings but it is lightly modded and I've got almost all the DLCs, so yeah, that's why it's vanila pekan / vanilla pecan, it's vanilla but with a little flavour and that's that. Just taking a break from heavy detailing to enjoy the traditional Cities gameplay

To get around the no scrolling issue you must use a separate browser and not the browser built into the game. then in the browser, adjust the Zoom/Magnification factor to about 90%.
I discovered this issue about 2+ years ago. I have created collections by the starting letter for the numbers 0-9, letters A-Z, non-alphanumeric symbols. Then I created collections for each of the categories listed on the right side of the workshop main menu. So I have created around 50 different collections.
I spent days chatting with Steam Tech Support.
The problem is caused by the bad HTML code on the Collection Selection window. This issue does not happen on my Android phone when in portrait mode because the browser window is so tall compared to the browser window on a PC. By reducing the Zoom factor, you are essentially making the browser display taller and the bottom of the selection window appears and the OK & Cancel buttons are now visible with a scroll bar on the right side.

Steam Tech Support told me there was nothing that the could do about it even after I created a complete step by step procedure to recreate the problem on there systems.
All they had to do was decrease the Y coordinate of the selection window but they were to thick headed to understand what to fix in the HTML code.

Hi. When you are in a actual browser (not steam launcher) you can change the scale of ur site then the "add to collection" window will center in the screen and with the right scale you can see the whole window again. But yh they have to fix that at some point

just subscribe and it should appear in your game, but you can't run the game while doing it

When i disable spawn on vehicles, error messages come up whenever the game tries to spawn it

maybe you need to make sure every category of vehicles has a spawn, or one of your assets are corrupt. although tbf since the new update my game has gone a bit haywire too
