I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that over the seasons we've been given a lot of other people other than Joe as well as from the other countries. And some of them are very bland. Specifically the people that replace Joe. Now the most recent one the woman I actually like but a lot of the other ones are so bland that actually made watching some of the episodes hard because they lacked personality. So when Harry comes back after we've seen somebody else we love him

The reason the Chocolate Oreo shake doesn't taste correct is because the shakes are made with Hershey's chocolate syrup. Oreo is owned by Mondelez, not Hershey. The cookie bits in both the regular and the chocolate Oreo shakes are made with Oreo cookie bits which come in a blue bag and get a 10 day hold time. I used to be a manager at a Burger King. From my point of view, Burger King is not competitive with its shakes, but unfortunately the Taylor shake/soft serve machines can be a pain to deal with so I think there is a costly issue with that; they'd rather keep things simple and as inexpensive on their end as possible.

I'm convinced at this point that Harry is an American masquerading as a British person purely to denigrate our food. Evidence:
    1. Claims to prefer liquid "cheese" on burgers to actual cheese
    2. Claims to prefer American streaky bacon to British back bacon
    3. Claims that American food has more flavour when it mainly just has more corn syrup and fat. Calling British food bland is a real lazy stereotype
    4. Inventing slang. Literally never heard anyone call someone else a whopper as an insult in my 43 years of living in Britain
I could go on, cmon Harry stand up for us

I have tried both UK and US BK's Oreo Milk Shake. Absolutely love it!
For UK, I could only get it in London and Manchester though. Weird

Oreo Cookie Shake is the best fast food milkshake you can get at a place that doesn’t specialize in shakes and that’s not named Culver’s

Chicken Royale with cheese is my favourite, however every so often you do get a crap one that is almost like eating mayo doused cardboard. I find you get better food if you go in and buy it at the counter, rather than having it delivered, or going round the drive-through .
Our bk fries are terrible, always so dry. I used to be able to get a meal and swap chips for onion rings, but I think they’ve stopped it now. 0:30 😊

Considering the portions sizes, I'm surprised the Whopper Jr isn't a menu item in the UK.

I feel like they don’t do very good research for these things.
Whopper junior is on the UK menu.
Also some BK places do the triple whopper as part of the menu. You can get them anywhere by asking but I’ve seen it as standard in some places.

The laziness when the one restaurant they want to didn’t have a specific item too. I mean it’s what the entire series is about, go to the next restaurant along to get it ffs.

I'm glad Harry called it 'UK fast food bacon' to differentiate it from our proper bacon as we have some great bacon producers. The fast food stuff is always horrible and definitely should be crispy as Joe mentioned.

Hey wait...why the heck is it all "junior" instead of "prince" anyhow? That's brilliant, BK needs to latch onto that idea! 👑

I love these shows but if you could explain how you achieve these comparisons would be very helpful. As an example are one of you in the US and the other in the UK, or do you fedex the meals in a cooler? 😂 need more clarity on this.
