- In this re-edit I am working with @CrimsonMaulOfficial to bring our fan favorite clones to live action. This includes a Wolf Pack pilot, Boil from the 212th and Commander fox.
The clone in the center was originally Thire, who served with Yoda during the first episode of the Clone Wars
Good to know! Luckily Thire is also on mustifar so he hasn't been completely cut.

Anyone remember Jek? He was one of those clones in that episode.

@russianinvader3207 Nope, it was always Thire. You can see this in the Revenge of the Sith Illustrated Screenplay, which is literally just the script for Revenge of the Sith.

adding them to aotc would be cool too even though it might be hard to find a spot to put them in since the geonosis part of the game was all the indoor stuff

I really like the Fox addition. These are very clean edits. As for other cameos, I think it would be cool to see Fordo or another character from the original 2003 Clone Wars show although I'm not sure where that would fit.
Could work for the battle of geonosis in ep 2
A photorealistic version of him in the battle of Coruscant would be cool to see intercut with the space battle above
Fordo could be present at the senator meeting after the battle.

1:41 that's Captain Jag. It is unclear which Battallion he belonged to. He is part of a standalone Pilot Corps however. This corps was basically a bunch of elite Pilots, helping out various different clone legions throughout the Clone Wars.
Plo Koon and Master Ferroda were both stationed on Cato Neimodia with not only the Wolfpack, but the 442nd Siege Battallion and Captain Jag's Pilot Elite Corps as well.
I believe that for the commando, a cameo in Attack of the clones would fit best when the clone commander tells mace windu “Sir. I have 5 special commando units awaiting your orders, sir”
A clone commando could be more visible in the background of the Venator hanger scene with Obi-Wan and Cody
Although Plo Koon served with the 104th Battalion throughout the Clone Wars, he actually fought alongside the 442nd Battalion in Revenge of the Sith. Also, the shock trooper is Commander Thire, who was Lieutenant Thire in the beginning of the Clone Wars.

Commander Doom's squad is just Commander Doom's squad, we don't know what unit they were part of, and they may have all died on Ringo Vinda since they were not seen in the Son of Dathomir comic. And Captain Jag, the pilot whose group kills Plo, are not part of a clone legion and are instead part of a republic navy fighter wing

@Der.Waschbaer No, they mean Hammer, the fourth ARC trooper of the Rancor Battalion who only appeared in a few background shots during the episodes Clone Cadets and ARC Troopers.
The Shock Trooper talking to Palpatine is Thire, the Clone Lieutenant from the very first episode of the Clone Wars where he and 2 other Clones are with Yoda. After Fox's death Thire is promoted becomes the new Commander of the Coruscant Guard.

@@Alduintheworldeater The last bit essentially is but it's a reasonable conclusion given his rank and that he was technically the closest Commander in position to Palpatine after Fox, given he was tasked with hunting down Yoda and escorting Palpatine to Mustafar. When Appo died the next best 501st Commander was given the unit so it makes a lot of sense that when Fox died Thire was given the Coruscant Guard.

Oh I absolutely hate Fox, but that's equally why he's one of my favorites. He's just a clone that does some things that nobody really likes for good reason, but knowing his character it makes sense why he's the way he is. That's honestly what makes him unique from the rest.
I can't wait to see these clips proper!

Huge edit of this film that turned it from a 2-hour, 20-minute movie into two 3-hour epics! This was done by combining the movie with everything that takes place during it. This edit contains the movie, the ending of 2D Clone Wars, the final four episodes of The Clone Wars, the first episode of The Bad Batch, five deleted scenes, Episodes 5 & 6 of Tales of the Jedi, flashbacks set during the film from various sources, animated Battle of the Heroes, one scene from the Darth Vader 2017 comic dub, and a few more slight modifications. There is one more update coming soon that will contain slightly improved transitions and a few other small changes like that. This version is still an amazing experience, however.

Would be cool to have several types of 501-st clones, not just the regular ones. For example, add couple jet troopers in the scene of the Jedi Temple hall battle (the one just before Anakin entering the council room with younglings).
I thought the blender shot of fox would look really off, but it actually looked incredible and blended surprisingly well! Great job one everything, this looks amazing
I agree with you, what may be a good fix is if they used the shot from the movie, but pasted Fox off to the side of the clone who pushes the button and adding an extra shock trooper to the clip preceding it who’s standing behind Fox closer to the button. That way it’s not a continuity error and they can use the existing shot from the film.
Personally, though I think it looks good too, I think it looks a bit off still. Like the reconstructed scene (not the scene before it), it looks 3D... You know?
It looks ALMOST flawless... But still not 100% perfect in my mind. More like, 97% perfect. I don't know what it is... If it's some reflections or shadows that needs added... Idk. Looks REALLY good still though. Makes almost more sense to have it be Fox that adresses Palpatine there rather than Thire.
Honestly the fact that George Lucas choose full cgi clones back in the day does a ton of the heavy lifting for making it look good

These are awesome! I've always wanted to see something like this that brings more of the Clone Wars Clones to Episode III! For Fox, I also always pictured him being in the scene where Anakin is carried by stretcher into the medical facility that transforms him into Vader - we see a lot of Shock Troopers on guard there, makes perfect sense to me that Fox would be among them by Palpatine.
Hmmm I have been debating that scene. I do think it’s the perfect place for a cameo…
I'd love to see Rex in hologram form during the Jedi emergency meeting about the Chancellor, since Rex said Anakin was at the meeting when he left.
I’d love to see a squad of commandos run up when Ponds tells windu he has five special commando units on Geonosis in AOTC

A cameo by Arc Trooper Blitz or Hammer at some point would be absolutely wild. I’m not sure where, maybe with the Galactic Marines during order 66 but that would be fun.
I think showing the film with all these clones added in makes it worth it to new fans. Like if I show my girlfriend Star Wars in chronological order, then the clone wars characters will show up in the film and she can go “woah it’s him!”

the clone you painted over to make commander fox is commander thire and he was the one to fight with yoda in the first episode of the clone wars so you should of added thires attachments and markings simialr to how appo is just a 501st trooper in this movie same goes fot thire it would also be more emotional since yoda and thire fought together
I honestly would love if they did an anniversary rerelease of this movie with little changes like this just to make the whole universe feel more consistent

The edits are smooth…I can’t tell that you added anything. In a good way😉
A clone commando could be in a few spots:
-Utapau hanger sequence repelling down with the clonetroopers over the balcony. (maybe even custom 212th markings for ObiWan's Battalion colors). Maybe see him later for a second when obiwan rides the lizard chasing grevious in the midst of the battle sequence with the other troops.
-Battle of Kashyyyk, either in the prep phase when the troopers are preparing for the battle, or during the fight sequence on the beach. Even the split second when the scout troopers appear over the tree log at the about 49:51 mark.
-In the LAAT with Obiwan, Mace Windu, and Yoda when discussing the prophecy of Anakin. Imposed over a clone maybe.
-Order 66, Jedi Temple
-51:58-ish mark. Cody and the troops are with Kenobi before departing his Venator.
-Utapau sequence, the clone does the jump maneuver on the crab-droid. Replace the clone with the commando doing it instead?
-When arriving with Anakin's charred remains from Mustafar, on Coruscant. A line of clones is shown to greet them as Anakin goes to his medical chamber. Maybe place one in the line formation.

I agree about Fox replacing the shock trooper. I actually thought since Fox first showed up, that that trooper was supposed to be him, but they changed the design for phase 2 fox

The thing like this that really needs doing is in Ep4. When the Rebels take off for the Death Star Battle they all have clean helmets with blue insignia but no pilots have these in the battle. If they could be replaced with helmets actual seen in the battle it would greatly improve that battle.

I think it would make much more sense to add Clone commando troopers to scene where during the rain burnt Anakin is transported in medical capsule from Palpatine's ship to this medical facility where he will be put into Vader suit. They could stand on the on the landing platform or sth. It would line up very well with newest Bad Batch episodes where they are used as guards inside Emperor's critical research facilities. This building where Anakin is transformed into cyborg could be one of them as well. To be clear I mean the scene that starts 2:04:17 in the movie :D

Commander Appo already appears in ROTS when he tells Senator Organa to leave the Jedi Temple. He's wearing generic 501st armor completely devoid of his pauldron, personal markings, and skirt/kilt or whatever you call that thing. Of course, he gets struck down after a short fight later in that scene, so I can see why that might be a difficult cameo to pull off.
I added Appos arrow, I wanted to stick with his CW appearance

Would absolutely love to see a merger between this channel and something like Madman's Knowledge, since he does such a great job with combining the Siege of Mandalor with Revenge of the Sith, plus its deleted scenes. It would make all of the clone wars characters so much more cohesive.

Impressive stuff! In the scene before Obi-Wan takes off to Utapau (when Anakin and Obi-Wan say goodbye) there's two airborne 212th clones in the background. I was trying super hard to think of someone who could replace one or both. And I thought maybe Clone Commando Gregor could. Technically it's not illogical for him to be back in the ranks of the 212th by now, since the Bad Batch kinda proves he was back in circulation (after surviving his "last stand") to end up in imperial prison before joining Rex later!

Although he isn't in the clone Wars show, I would love to see Devis in the Felucia scene. Also, since you replaced Thire with Fox you should edit Thire into the Mustafar scene when Palpatine is retrieving Anakin's krispy body.
My headcanon for the reason Fox wasn't in ROTS is because he had seemingly fallen out of grace somewhat, or at least, his position was threatened by Thire. While Fox was more than willing to be a horrid person and under his management Coruscant was horrid for the average citizen, he was simply woefully incompetent, even by the standards of the corrupt elites of the Republic/Empire. In canon, he was simply executed by Vader for being a moron, but in the EU, it is more subtle.
Firstly, the Director of Republic Intelligence entrusted Thire, not Fox with the mass deportation of supposedly 'separatist' aliens of Coruscant. You'd expect the leader of the CG to handle such a task, but Thire was clearly far more trusted by the higher ups.
Secondly, despite the shock troopers becoming more and more extreme, the response to the CIS attack on Coruscant was extremely poor, and even though Palpatine intended this to happen somewhat, it was still most likely a career-ender for Fox, and the role of the shocktroopers was changed dramatically under the Empire.
No longer were the CG feared for simple thuggery and unjust actions against citizens, but rather they were feared by their enemies and respected by their allies for their skill on the battlefield and incredible use of heavy ordinance. the Imperial CG is clearly implied in both continuities to be very elite, perhaps even 501st levels of elite. Not only that, but the Empire in canon also clamps down heavily on the criminal activity which had been prevalent under Fox's management of the police system.
That kind of transformation leads me to believe that Thire may have taken control of the CG. There is no way that Fox lead that kind of effort in the EU, and in Canon, with Fox dead, who else could have succeeded him?

Please get this to the Senate,I would love to have theseshots in the 4k super cut they make with other content. This is superb. A real let down that Suckney holders of the IP arent doing anything this creative and interesting with the media franchise.
You could add the commando (or a full squad of four) at at the little utapau briefing.
The issue with making the pilot part of the 104th contradicts many of the personal and emotional values many, if not most, of the 104th shared about Plo Koon. So for there to be a 104th clone pilot, without Any sort of hesitation of shooting down one of the most compassionate and wise Jedi through the entirety of the Cline Wars, who made it abundantly clear that he shared a very personal level of friendship with the Troopers under his command, makes very little sense. What Does make sense, is if Plo Koon was assigned a different company or platoon for this mission, who didn’t have the same sense of loyalty to Jedi Master Plo Koon.
Fun Fact: Like Cmdr. Thire, the clone pilot who takes Plo Koon out is also an already named character -- Capt. Jag (CT-55/11-9009) -- whose squadron (Cmdr. Oddball's Clone Flight Squad Seven) was providing air support to the 442nd Siege Battalion during the siege of Cato Neimoidia. I believe he was assigned to Plo Koon during the siege of Cato Neimoidia because, like you said, Plo had such a strong bond with the Wolf Pack that Sidious couldn't afford the potential risk of their loyalty overriding their inhibitor chips (similar to what happened to Rex with Ahsoka, but on a larger scale).
The inhabuter chip has only delayed once in rex like for example Cody didn’t care and he loved Kenobi

Fordo for sure, Hawk, Swoop, Hound, Jet, Doom, and maybe Dogma. Gregor and the other commandos from the game would be cool. Also I always thought of Warthog as being the pilot who shot Plo Koon down.
I'd love to see the purple 187th Legion clones either in a ROTS or TCW edit
Put the clone commando on kashyyk and put the “jungle striker” skin from battle front 2 on it. It’s perfect and makes 100% lore sense. Also you can find the 3d model for it I bet pretty easy as it’s already a dice/EA asset. I’m sure it’s been ripped somewhere
A clone commando would be perfect for the scene in which Anakin gets transported into the medical tower after the fight with obi wan

I wish there was a way for fans to make fan edits and publish them for others to see, like if Disney + had a fan edit section where you can browse (even just a curated list) fan edits and watch, would keep the studios happy, and allow for creativity

Love this! However the clone you replaced Fox with is already a named clone. Just like Appo they have the standard armour but that is supposed to be Commander Thire. The clone with Gree who is with Yoda is also a named clone, he is Jek who changed from the coursant guard to the 41st elite scout core after Yoda's suggestion....Only to be killed by him
