Wow. I can hear the difference between the two with my cell phone speaker. The baffled speaker was louder, crisper and had much better bass. Glad i watched this before I replaced my speakers. Good stuff.
This is actually an amazing hack. However if you want to avoid dealing with head units andnspeakers and blah blah blah, then if youve seen bluetooth speakers then check out these bluetooth karaoke machines, theyre about the size of a md duffel bag and even the cheap ones sold by Walmart sound phenomenal with plenty of bass etc... and they have provisions for dc power in so you can wire them direct, no worrying about batteries or inverters and they are controlled via remote obviously your phone provides the music. I got one for $90 at wally world and it fits right behind my passenger seat & 3rd gen back seats arent for anyone other than midgets so no worries and the sound coming out of the thing is every bit as good as a decent head unit speakers, amp and subs combo. Just dont forget to turn it off when you shut the car off otherwise it will drain your battery and leave you stranded in wildwood nj being hassled by the motel staff because youre supposed to be gone and its just not pleasant
Good stuff! You can hear increased volume with the baffle in place.
yea it seemed like it at the time, but wasn't sure if it was just placebo effect
Wow... I can definitely hear the difference

Sheesh, that's a cool car.
NO YOU CANT DRIVE IT!!!
Could we have an update on the green obs truck???
I heard a little more bass and it seemed a little bit louder. So where can I get those?
Nice love your videos on the car
thanks man!
did you replace the front speakers? I can't seem to find any baffles for the front speakers. Mine rattle really bad. Wondering what you would suggest
I would get the very thin foam tape you can buy on amazon and put it on the underside rim of the speaker where it mounts to the car
@@beardedreviews thanks man. love the build
Do you have a link for the speaker wire connectors?
Hey, would you recommend this baffle over the other ones available like the boom mat?
