Hey Laura, I did this Apple cake two days ago. I added some raisin and it was great. My friends asked me for the receipt. It is really good and taste delicious, the cake is moisture and the balance and not too sweet, just the right measure of sweetness.

My grandma is 96 years old, and she is an awesome cook. She is in Mexico and I'm here in America. She has cancer but thanks God, she is doing great. I miss her so much! When I watch your videos with your grandma, I can't hold my tears. I love your grandma, Laura!

I absolutely loved watching this, it did bring tears to my eyes, as I remember cooking with my grandmama, and she was the same way, she never measured a thing and it always came out the same every time. Your nonna is adorable. I wish my grandmother was still here but she died when I was 10. Grandmoms always seem to cook everything perfectly- like you said without even measuring- and it always tastes so delicious. Please share more of your nonna's recipes and thank you for posting this.
