@@fernandquill It would be awesome if you can guide us on how to add reflections on photo frame mockups I see frame mockups having reflections on Canva but when I add my designs it looks like a regular mockup. The designs are placed over the reflection. Those reflections makes the mockup look so real. Thank you.
When I recorded this video it was only relating to the cover image. The rest of your images will still display in horizontal when the customer clicks into it. I'll have to double check it to be sure it's still current.

The aspect ratio recommended by Etsy is 4:3. and the minimum height should be 2000 pixels. Then the width should be 2666 pixels. I like to know the size of the square guide you made and where was it placed in the rectangular area covered by 2000 x 2666 pixels. Kindly respond. Thank you!!!
Hi! Thanks for watching. If your listing image is 2000 x 2666 then your square guide should be 2000 x 2000 and placed in the middle of your design. That way the auto generated square thumbnail will show what is within the guide ☺️

But this square problem is with all ur images in a listing right ( not just your primary picture)?
