Could you please make it that a 'published' product on Customily does not get published on Etsy, but goes to the 'draft' listings instead? This is standard practice with other providers. It means that if there's anything wrong with the listing you can fix it in draft before you get charged 20c for the published product. This is especially important for those of us new to Customily. Today, for instance, I tried and failed 8 times to create my first product and each time I wanted to delete and start again. That's 8 x 20c!

I don't think Customily understood your question! Here's my understanding. The customer pays Etsy. Then the customer personalizes their product. The order goes through to your POD supplier, who charges you the base cost and the fulfilment charge. Customily charges you for their success fee part of the order. Etsy pays you after deducting their various fees. Bottom line: make sure you charge enough for your item to cover all these costs and still make a profit.
I have a question about the integration with Etsy. I'm using Customily for my Shopify, how can I add my Etsy shop to my existing account? Or do i have to subscribe to another plan?
Hello Henry! You need to subscribe to an Etsy plan! www.customily.com/pricing-etsy Once you're subscribed, you can have both stores merged in a single Customily account so you can share assets between them ;)
Can we set up orders that we can do the personalization for some people don’t want to go through another party /get an email and personalize or they are coming to us for a personalization not for them to do it or feel overwhelmed and they move on to another shop.
If they don't want to personalize their order, they can always re-send you the email for you to do it. But that's precisely the point of using Customily, that the person doesn't get overwhelmed by so many personalization options, with just a few clicks they can have their personalization ready without thinking too much or wasting time, and you can be sure you're fulfilling exactly what they want!
Wow! I'm so excited!

How about the payment process ? Does the payment from buyer go to etsy first ? How we pay customily and the pod supplier ?
