do you mean where to get them? both google play and appstore have versions that are nearly identical, only slightly changed ui for touch screens, when it comes to game mechanics, the main change in those that i noticed that the oponent doesn't use the special attack shortly after upgrading and sometimes it takes a while till it uses it, otherwise the strategies in this speedrun can still be used also, the phone versions have the music, which is the most important :D
