this game has an exploit that allow you to beat insane difficulty in 0 minute 0 second. If you don't skip the tutorial, you can have a barrack producing melee cavemen before any enemies spawning. The cavemen will die to one hit from enemy turrets, but the barrack when maxed actually produce them faster than aliens turrets fire rate, so you can overwhelm them. You just need to sacrifice a few hundreds cavemen.
This kind of game brings me a spirit of Fight very powerful, I don't know why. Imagine fighting with whole human kind to survive a Alien invasion. We're all fight together.

I remember when I was like 13 years old I beat this Kongregate flash game on the highest difficulty because I figured out that the tutorial just lets you spawn guys to attack the enemy without them being able to do anything, so I'd just wait around and upgrade everything until I was ready to finish the tutorial and immediately beat the game in exactly 1 second, lmao
I remember playing them all, I miss catching the Carabiniers and the Swordsmen and cutting up some aliens, a long 10 years have passed since I played the last one or the 3rd one. It would be surprising if this game turned into a triple A game.
and I heard somewhere that the original creator of Age of War 1+2 got fed up with Armor game or with the publisher things so this is probably his ONLY thing he's owned 100%

Melee units are shiet in this game. Buying them is waste of money. They will die before hitting an enemy beacuse aliens get ranged units quickly. Its better to use ranged ones like archers, muskets etc. Also it sucks that number of units is limited beacuse sooner or later you wont be able to produce army if you have water units... 30 is not enough.... It should be atleast idk 60? Or no limit at all like it was in Age of War 1. Also the fact that units disappear after advancing to another age is annoying... many times i almost lost beacuse of it.
