New buyers watch out for seized exup
How will I know if it’s seized
@@StaySmoked remove the three bolts and the Chrome cover. When you rev the engine you should be able to see the cables turning the valve. Or if the bike wont start, either grab the cables and see if they're free or put players right on the end of the valve and see if it turns.

This a common cause of lumpy running upto 4k? I think my 2001 might have this issue
Just remove it and reset the carbs
