Seeing Dot as a focus was so cool. I loved seeing the character development. Iono was perfect, I loved seeing her fully embracing the streaming aspect to her character. It’s so cool, I can’t wait to see her again. A potential battle between Iono and Nidothing would be interesting. I can’t wait to see more of Dot; while finding out Spinel’s plan for the pendant as well as more in depth into the pendant!!

I think Dot’s human interactions are very hilarious and adorable at the same time
I hope this is the first step towards Dot becoming a third main character alongside Liko and Roy
I kinda hope Dot has more consistent development unlike Chloe in Journeys
@@JadeSentinel I'm more concerned about liko ending up similar to chloe because for the past couple of weeks, people have been nitpicking her passiveness and that she's now a step below roy because he's now one pokemon capture above her. But I'm still remaining hopefull for liko.
This was a pretty good episode. They made a pretty good use of Iono, Dot received some nice development (and aparently she´s going to get even more in this episode) and overall was a pretty cool episode.
Also, I like that Liko used a picture of her holding sprigatito as the image for her alias. I think it´s pretty cute.
I have some things to say about this episode:
1.- Liko without memory scared me.
2.- Huge Dot development in this and for what it seems in the next episode as well.
3.- My prayers have been answered. But Iono is a little more crazy than in the games. Also, I love how she inspired Dot into being basically a youtuber and streamer. I bet even you have someone you look up to in RUclips, Mark.
For sure, there are lots of people I look up to! And one day I hope to put on a full body Nidothing costume and collab with them😂

Because it's easier to get stuff done when your enemies don't know who you are or what you look like. Case in point, he got the pendant and kept the Rising Volt Tacklers busy.
A subtle Pokemon villain is something the fanbase isn't used to.
This episode made me smile multiple times with dots whole character and the way wattrel rides fuecoco
Though it’s very nice to have an episode where Liko slowly regains her memories on her own due to re-experiencing events in past episodes, I thought and hoped the Rising Volt Tacklers would find Liko and have an episode where they try to restore Liko’s memories. I guess the Original episode works with Iono and Nidothing but I would have added Liko still not having her memories throughout the whole episode and have another episode where the Rising Volt Tacklers try to restore Liko’s memories. If you know what I mean. I believe that’s probably a trope of some kind (thinking of Gravity Falls finale but less rushed with a 20 minute episode span) and it might as well be a recap episode in less than 20 episodes in but I think it would have gave Dot the spotlight again where she shows how much Liko means to her.
I also really enjoyed this episode. The friendship and connection between Roy and liko and Dott was very well written and I felt the connection and friendship between them when liko expresses his gratitude to Roy after recovering his memory. It's really touching. Looking forward to the next development, I hope the content of the story will become more and more excitingand i personally think that liko and roy may have a chance to develop into a couple ? very good review

This episode was ELECTRIFYING ⚡, I love the multiple plotlines throughout the episode, from liko's déjà vu arc to dot finally deciding to touch grass for her. Roy is still my favourite charecter at the moment from the way he instantly recognized dot but I'm looking forward to liko and dot stealing the spotlight next episode. What really caught my eyeballs was the nidothing X iono collab we've been waiting for since day 1. My rating's also an 8/10 for this one.

I find it clever how Dot chose to use a photo Of Liko holding a sprigatito in front of her face instead of Liko herself so that it wouldn’t give away her identity to Liko.
I'm pretty sure that's just Liko's profile picture lol
I really enjoyed this episode! For Liko, it just served to reinforce the character development she's had over the first 14 episodes, and how much she's changed in such a short period of time. Horizons seems to want to incorporate all the gym challenges in to this series in some way, and I was absolutely shocked they managed to make a citywide game of hide and seek actually work in terms of the plot and character development as well as they did!
Dot was the star of this episode, as we see her realizing she cares a lot about Liko, and getting really emotional over the idea of Liko being missing. I'm really excited to see her slowly break out of her shell and start interacting more with the crew. So far they've handled Dot really well, it's very easy to mess up the introverted character by forcing them in to a complete 180 by characters who don't respect an introvert's decisions to stay away from people, but I love how the crew genuinely respects Dot's talents and haven't forced her to come out at all. Dot came out because she wanted to, not because anyone forced her to. I've been really impressed that the writers are able to add more dimensions to Dot's character without straying from things she already excels at, and I'm really looking forward to her figuring out how to slowly open up on her own.
People have called this series slow, but I don't think that's been the case at all. Every episode has had a purpose which has advanced a character or the storyline in a meaningful way. I feel like a lot has happened in the first 15 episodes, and while there aren't quite as many pokemon battles as previous pokemon series, in my opinion the characterization and writing has far surpassed anything I've ever seen Pokemon put out before.
I agree with basically all of this, well said.
My theory on people who call series "slow" is that they are just not used to watching week-to-week. I actually think Horizons has been really fast so far, *every* episode has been important, without exception. But since the 15 episodes have played out over 4 months already, it feels slow to some people.
And just to underline the "slow" point, SM was slow at the beginning and it built into the best story of any Pokémon anime series, so slow does not equal bad!!
Dot touched grass, and next week she's gonna kick some Explorer ass 🤪 (seriously, she strikes me as the type that would legit get into a fistfight with Spinel and WIN)
I went 8/10 myself. I hadn't thought of the Corvisquire Roy and Wattrel were chasing until you mentioned it. It could be sus...especially since Beeheyem was watching everyone. I'm also wondering how Roy ran from Artazon to Levincia so fast 😂
Fun fact! I watched this 3 times in a row because my own Sprigatito hopped onto my lap and fell asleep, so I couldn't shut my laptop off and it kept looping 😹
It's a bit Farfetch'd but I think Dot will get a crush on liko because one it's her first Friend and two her Hair is purple and if so then I hope it's like the owl house and not disney Live action movies

I like how while Liko was recovering her memories, she stressed that the most important thing is her friends - contrary to what Spinel's question inferred, at the beginning of the episode.
She did only realized the pendant was missing at the end which I don't know if this means that Liko is a really good friend, or is just careless about her belongings lol

I feel like going from how Captain Pikachu reacted to Friede acting like he just forgot to mention it, he did it intentionally. I wonder what he's hiding.
Also, worst part of the episode was Roy straight up running from Artazon to Levincia. I refuse to believe Paldea is that small.

I saw an English dub clip. I am DISSAPOINTED with their choice of voice actress for Iono.
I totally ship Dot and Liko, and this episode proves that I'm right, Dot touched grass for Liko.
I did highly consider using the phrase "Dot TOUCHES GRASS" in the title of this video haha
