It’s so awesome that Dot has officially joined Liko and Roy, and it was so nice that Liko knows Dot is Ninothing now (even though Dot had to straight up tell her). I like how the Explorers development, meeting more admins I can’t wait to see more of its development and they desire for Liko’s pendant. The 3 on 3 Pokémon Battle was so amazing, how their moves were visually highlight within the nigh-time scene.
This has been a great episode, I am so glad Dot is joining Liko and Roy. I’m interested to see where the Ninothing reveal goes with Liko and Roy!!

Man, Liko's "face us in battle" and pose had all the energy of "it's time to duel" and I loved every second of it.
Its cheesy but i love it
That's crazy that Nidothing made all those videos without even being a trainer themself
Dot was so out of her comfort zone, but that's the thing of doing new things.
Also... FINALLY!!! Dot finally screwed back up Liko's awareness! I facepalmed four times when Liko pulled the superfan thing.
Edit: I didn't see the truck passing by when I watched the episode. Damn it I'm becoming Liko!

I think Spinel was stalling for time because he still needed to analyze how Liko's pendant works.
That's possible. I do kinda wish Spinel just explained his escape plan, he didn't have any issue monologuing everything else he was doing lol
I think it's because he's not travelling by Pokemon.
He could have ask amethio about it to hasten the process but he had to be douch on him so he didn't got the necessary info 😅

Im surprised Dot didnt own quaxly to begin with. But god episode 10/10. Its good being a quaxly fan
I like the plot and fighting of this episode very much. I will give a full score of 10 for the total score. My favorite picture and plot is I saw liko expressing her determination to get back the pendant to the enemy, showing her character change and growth, I like it very much, Roy actively protecting Liko. It feels like a knight protecting the princess and Dot mustered up the courage to tell Liko that he is Nidothing. Liko and Sprigatito The expression is really funny and cute, and the dot hopes to help liko get back to the pendant, it's really touching😊
I'm thinking that the cargo ship that Spinel parked his stranger danger van in is a part of an Explorers front business, so it had to leave at it's scheduled time so it doesn't attract attention. I always think of these villanous teams as Mafia crime families, so Gibeon is like the Godfather. They usually have front businesses too (Genco Pura olive oil, anyone? 😜).
I'm in the 8.5 to 9 range. Quibbles aside, this was a landmark episode showing the 3 protagonists, which we weren't originally expecting, battling together for the first time. I hope that when this series ends 125ish episodes from now, that these three will be one badass battling unit, and we can look back at this as their humble start.
Alternatively, I hope 125ish episodes from now we're still making silly Nidothing jokes, no matter how strong they get!
I also love the description of Spinel's "stranger danger van" lol

Most hardcore episode so far imo: love it. The mechanics of the pendant are definitely interesting; my theory is that the Ancient Pokeballs needs to be in range of the pendant to open, and the pendant itself must be in Liko's presence. Wonder how that'd work out for the plot.
I still don't buy Liko not going to catch any other Pokemons though, as the protagonist I'd imagine she will have to become a strong trainer - which I can't imagine she could do if she only relies on the Adventurer's Pokemon to come in and clutch at every battle. That's just my theory though - amazing review as always!
A good episode. I enjoyed it and thank God Dot told Liko her secret! It was earlier than expected but I'm happy. Glad that part is over.
Knowing Dot is actually voiced by Bocchi’s VA makes me like her even more
Had the writers not pushed the pendant's activation button, I doubt the protagonists would've been able to get it back, however the action, animation,the reveal of the remaining 3 explorer admins and dot finally confessing her identity to liko actually made up for the nitpicks. FINALLY, this annoying gag can finally end.

With the introduction of the rest of the Explorer Admins, we can't really assume anything for the admins' pokemon; albeit except that all Admins might own up to 3 pokemon as Agate's character art shows she's holstering 3 pokeballs at her side & Spinel has 3 [which could mean Amethio could have a 3rd with Ceruledge & Corviknight]. Also, we can't assume their pokemon based on only their names (i.e. their gemstone color origin reference) and their appearance-looks; {the only technical exception was Amethio, but Spinel kinda broke that pairing theory with his pokemon}. Onyx seems like a Power-type enforcer Admin Pokemon Trainer & Coral has a punk-like feel to her so I kinda feel like hers could maybe be affiliated towards a Poison-type partner; only Agate I can't get a feel for her pokemon affinity
Ok I REALLY don't want Liko's team to be Lucius's pokemon bc 1. Lucius is tide more to Roy's goal than Liko (even though it is sort of shared), 2. We would miss out on character development from a party of Liko's pokemon, 3. Liko is the main main character for her to not have her own team would be unprecedented. I Think Lucius's pokemon would serve a role more simular to the ride pokemon from the sun and moon games or koridon/Miridon from S&V where they can be called out in time of need, but do not take up team slots on the trainers team. Plus, the pokeballs aren't Liko's so they do not take up team slots. And don't forget Lucius's pokemon are cared for my both Liko and Roy.

Not gonna lie, but I genuinely hope that your speculation of Liko not catching many Pokémon but instead using the ancient adventurer’s in times of need does not happen. Not only would such a thing go entirely against the prospect of the series if growing alongside your Pokémon but there’s nothing compelling about the narrative of Liko essentially summoning a legendary trainer’s Pokémon to fight for her as at that point, she’s not solving her problems with her own ability and instead just using glorified rental Pokémon

I agree with your critics, I enjoyed the episode, but it also made my realise that I only care about Liko and Dot. So I'm not curious about the next Roy centric episode, he's just an Ash wannabe, and Ash has never been a charachter with a deep personality, hope something bad happens to him that evolves him as a charachter.
I feel like Liko is just as much of an "Ash wannabe" as Roy is, but I probably wouldn't use that term to describe either of them. I think they both borrow similar qualities as Ash
I would be mad if writers want Liko to always get caught in conflict; there needs to be a time where Amethio have a run in with Roy to develop him.

Just to critique your video, it’s not BINGO…. Yet 🤣🤣🤣 but I’m JP with you hahaha. Also, Spinnel getting away “Scott’s Free” is such a racist phrase. LOL!!! Let me stop. I won’t go there hahaha. I mean it technically is, but technically isn’t.
History lesson: the phrase is based on the Scottsboro boys that were accused of rape in 1931. Unfortunately, they end up losing in trial and go through many appeals. Most die whilst incarcerated; however, eventually get exonerated. I can’t remember if it’s 1 or 2 boys that actually get to leave prison before passing of old age…. I want to say two, but unfortunately for one he ended up getting like cancer or a disease that killed him shortly after. Going off of memory.

I did my own deep dive of *scot free,* and my research showed that the term predates the story you told, that the word "skot" used to mean tax, so getting off scot free originally meant tax free, but it has evolved over time

Can you make your plot recaps shorter and your review/impressions part longer? Most of us have seen the episode. We mainly want to hear your opinions. And when you do the recap focus more on commentary rather than narrating the episode.
I used to do my reviews like that, but I found that the statistics actually show the opposite of what you are suggesting. My viewership goes down the second I stop recapping the episode, and that's a pattern on literally every single one of my reviews.
Plus, even though I had a long recap this time, my review/discussion section was also longer. It was about 6 minutes long, which is longer than a lot of episode reviews I see on RUclips nowadays.
Anyways, I hear your feedback loud and clear, and I don't disagree with it. My initial concept for my episode reviews was to truly only recap the *highlights* of the episode in just a couple of minutes, then dedicate most of the video to reviewing/discussing the episode in general. But, for the reasons I described, the format of my reviews has evolved over time. Something I am always cognizant of when writing my script for an episode review is that I want to include my own thoughts and opinions during the recap section, so I will try and emphasize that more going forward. However, me doing so also makes the recap section longer😅
You can see why this is complex. I do appreciate the feedback though, I would probably think the same thing as a viewer in all honesty, I can totally see where you're coming from.
