Lately I find myself getting more and more into Cardiosthenics!
If you haven’t yet tried this way of training yet, today’s workout is a great way to dip your toes into it since the routine I'll be sharing only takes 24 minutes to complete and...
...for its time, it is one of the most effective minimal cardiosthenic routines you can do!
For those who don’t know what's Cardiosthenics, it's a training approach that combines cardio and calisthenics into one workout.
The reason I incorporated this method to my training was because even though I love calisthenics, I never managed to find a way to enjoy cardio enough to turn it into a habit.
That is until… I discovered that marrying these two (cardio & calisthenics) makes cardio a lot more enjoyable, and it also creates a very effective hybrid training approach.

Antoher great video Anthony! Am enjoying the follow alongs. I did 3 rounds of this routine earlier today. Though cardio is not a favorite of mine, I found this routine to have a nice balance of movement patterns, cardio and duration.

Excellent content as usual, Anthony. I did this same workout yesterday and am amazed at the advancements I've made in my cardiovascular endurance as well as my physique by following your guidelines. Also, the new video format with you completing the session has been a great help for me - I find myself putting in much more effort into my training! From me to you; "Keep on Training!"

Hey Anthony. Great video. Thanks for posting some awesome content. Lately I have been experimenting more with high frequency training rather than high intensity. I find it to feel really good to switch it up every now and then to get a nice sweat more times a week and recover quicker. I also go to jiu jitsu 2-3 times a week. Any advice on high frequency training? I will definetely be watching more of your videos to see what I find.
    Thanks brother

Hi M, high frequency works amazing, especially with calisthenics and when you move past your 30s. I think you'll find this video very helpful!
