PS: I haven't mastered the upload frequency I want yet (1 video per week) but I'm quite happy with the quality of the last videos. If anyone has any ideas on how to speed up video production let me know!
Great video, Anthony! Your lessons on warm-ups it has helped me not get injured for 2 years. "If don't have enough time to warm-up, you don't have enough time to workout".
Can't wait to add these warm up to my daily exercise and thanks for the video
Could you please make some videos about bodyweight exercises for the morbidly obese crowd. Thanks.
Great ! I'll implement this
Top notch video 📹🏆
thank you Anthony!
Great advice as usual. I’m guilty of neglecting warm ups.
Yes! 👊
Alright. I’m impressed... “go Little Rock star...” 💫 🌟 ⭐️
Cool music on this video. Thanks Anthony
Hey there! Are there any easier versions of your lower body stretch? I can't do it due to lacking mobility.
Keep up the good work, you are awesome!
Your content is EXACTLY what I have been looking for, so thank you so much! Just bought your body weight muscle book so I'm super excited for that too!
Awesome! Glad to hear that :)) Keep on training brother!
Thank you for the warmup Anthony. Do you have any recommendations for stretching out tight ankles?
Yes! Always great to see a new bodyweight muscle video! Great as always Anthony!
Hi Mike :))
Great stuff Anthony! Still a loyal follower of your training philosophy, all the best!
Any body struggling like me for pull ups and pushups? Weak arms, shoulder cups and when I do pull ups I can barely help scapula retracted and body fall to the ground
I admire what you have accomplished with a handicap. Sorry ,with you I would not call it a handicap. Just a motivator
Thanks brother ,what doesn't kill you makes you stronger ;)
Looks like a good warmup rountine. But I lack gymnastic rings, does anyone know a proper replacement excercise?
Hi Avion, try prone angels (without any weight) ruclips.net/video/WEkotqnedHw/видео.html
What are your current body stats?
Height?
Weight?
Fat percentage?
1.75cm height (5.9 feet) 75kgs weight (164 lbs) and body fat percentage varies between 8% and 10%. I have lost weight in comparison with last year but I prefer my current weight since I can jump and sprint better.
@@BodyweightMuscle As a curiosity...are you using any kind of external weights like kettlebells or something similar?
Do you use some dumbells or weight or is 100% body weight excersices??. Nice video man.
Hi Gerardo, I only use Bodyweight exercises, slamballs and battle ropes
Is there an alternative for the last exercise if I don't have a bar to hang from?
Hi OL, this would be a good alternative: ruclips.net/video/1UU4VvklQ44/видео.html
Hey Anthony! What should I do if I can't do hamstring stretch
try this: ruclips.net/video/_HAUA3rrCVw/видео.html
Thank you for you for the video. Are your programs good for men over 50 years old?
Some of them, others might need some tweaking , depending your level of fitness and background 💪
@@BodyweightMuscle Thanks again. Do you recommend that we check out your videos to find workouts, nutrition suggestions, etc.? Or is there another place online for this?
I'm 52 and I've been doing them for over 2 years and have been very happy. A's comment below about "might need some tweaking" is certainly true (for me at least), but I consider that's mostly a matter of being present in the workout (i.e., feeling is it good pain or bad pain), "common" sense and being patient with your own capabilities.
@@gbhermit This is really good to know, Guy. I am 56 and looking for something that I can do at home, without needing a gym. This might be a good solution!
dont you get sweaty there in prosthesis..
i couldnt do much exercise because of sweaty prosthetics
In my area weather is 36c and humidity is 55 is hot and hydrating season will you give me good advice
That's more or less the weather here ( three degrees lower maybe) as well. What advice do you need ?
@@BodyweightMuscle I'm doing one set of my exercises and i do 15 minutes of walk 3-4 minutes warm up and stretch since the weather is so hot should i go higher
Dynamic stretching or "bouncing" stretches are good for conditioning before anything else, right ! They are not meant to gain flexibility thus often the confusion about stretching not a good thing. Stretching at the end of the workout should be differently, holding the stretch and also contracting the muscles at the same time. Yes you can contract a muscle to stretch it further safely. There is a book about it. I have to dig this.
Do you stretch after working out?
Hi HR, yes I do, I will probably do a vid about my stretching routine soon
Hi Anthony. Do you train online??
Hi IPA, very rarely nowadays since I'm usually fully-booked with personal training sessions back here in my hometown
Thank you very much Anthony.
Much appreciated.
I am a beginner in calisthenics. I have never worked out before. I’m 30.
I’m watching your videos and starting to learn calisthenics.
Thank you for all your efforts. Sincerely helpful.
How many one arm push ups can you do and how much can you bench
At my level, these warmups seem more like an exercise to me.
Hi Yogesh, stick to them for a few weeks and they'll become a piece of cake!
Great video Anthony, as usual!
People don't forget to do 2 easy sets per exercise before working out
Let's say you'll do: pull up and push ups.
Do 1 set of pull ups and one set of push ups first, then rest and do another set.
About the rep range do around 50% of your normal rep range.
You do 10 pull ups? Go for 2 sets of 5.
I hope it helps! Have a great day!
Good advice as well 👍
@@BodyweightMuscle well, it couldn't be otherwise! You taught it to me through your books ahahahaha
@@mattiacontarino9552 haha, right :D
