1.75cm height (5.9 feet) 75kgs weight (164 lbs) and body fat percentage varies between 8% and 10%. I have lost weight in comparison with last year but I prefer my current weight since I can jump and sprint better.

I'm 52 and I've been doing them for over 2 years and have been very happy. A's comment below about "might need some tweaking" is certainly true (for me at least), but I consider that's mostly a matter of being present in the workout (i.e., feeling is it good pain or bad pain), "common" sense and being patient with your own capabilities.

Dynamic stretching or "bouncing" stretches are good for conditioning before anything else, right ! They are not meant to gain flexibility thus often the confusion about stretching not a good thing. Stretching at the end of the workout should be differently, holding the stretch and also contracting the muscles at the same time. Yes you can contract a muscle to stretch it further safely. There is a book about it. I have to dig this.

    Great video Anthony, as usual!
People don't forget to do 2 easy sets per exercise before working out
Let's say you'll do: pull up and push ups.
Do 1 set of pull ups and one set of push ups first, then rest and do another set.
About the rep range do around 50% of your normal rep range.
You do 10 pull ups? Go for 2 sets of 5.
I hope it helps! Have a great day!
