The board you thinking is DDR 4 has pc3 10600R modules. So they given you the DDR3 version. What is more they cheaped out and gave you 1333mhz memory not 16000mhz

A lot of these cheap Aliexpress motherboards are not worthy to be purchased, since they will fail after using for 1 -2 years or some even fail earlier.
