Looking good, on the cabinets, I would have just notched each side to go over the base board, less work.

Did you guys screw the subfloor down? Or perhaps nail it? Or is it just floating?
It’s just floating! Highly recommend that because your rig twists and moves as you drive and you don’t want it screwed to the floor for that
Just use a baseboard to hold it down but keep the floor floating!
