i tried zilions of stuff too, there could be loads of diferent reasons, but nice to see that also could be something silly like that hahah
I was thinking that could be something on the powersource of my computer or maybe even some kind of problemsn with the GPU.
Im gonna try your methos and see if it works. If not, i will see if my APC surge protector, i saw a guy talking about that, he bought a new one and the problem was gone.

My computer's change advanced power settings only gives me options for sleep, display, and battery. Nothing else. Where should I look????
