Loved this video esp the little tofu at the end I don’t come from an area with a lot of Asian influence but my college is heavily influenced by all Asian cultures so I started eating a lot of foods that I didn’t back home. Tofu was one that I don’t think i understood just how good it could be until I came here

some tofu package in the supermarket i can find refrigeratored and other outside, is there any difference?

You can freeze tofu to extend it’s life for even longer. It can keep in the freezer for up to six months. However, freezing tofu does change the texture.
