I was honored to have my video submission of Lucille Benson included in the show. My wife and I enjoy watching Hollywood Graveyard. Thank you for the opportunity.
I just wish he'd lay off on the liberal bs lectures while recalling the past. I guess that's why people in Idaho key cars with California plates when they move there.

Man, Iowa has quite the history of taking out the greats, with the The Day the Music Died, RIP Ritchie, Buddy and Big Bopper and then Rocky Marciano. I'm always learning on this channel, thanks.
What a horrific thing to realize someone dug them up. And then left them out of the grave and walked away. I mean I’m glad they didn’t take them away. But geez. How horrible. I mean WHO DOES THAT?
I lived in Denver when that happened. John Ramsey was devastated at the loss of JonBernet and her mother. They did find the guy thst killed her and another little girl who was kidnapped and killed a month or so later only a few weeks from the Ramsey house. The man was in jail cause he got caught after he kidnapped and killed the other little girl. He got sick in jail and was dying. He confessed to his roommate he had killed JonBernet. They had a dna sample off if JonBernets body. Thry tested his DNA Sample against the one they found on her. It matched. A few days later he died. John and Burke know. And John’s other children from his first marriage know. The golden police know, but they won’t admit it cause it was most botched case they ever had in Golden.
Man I love this channel. So much so I thought for a split second we got another episode. Shows you the dedication of Arthur Dark that he's prepared to reupload to fix a mistake he noticed.
Thank again Arthur. As always very interesting! You never fail us!! Every single program has been entertaining as well as educational!! See you on the next one,!
Mr. Dark, thank you for including my clip of Miss Baker's grave. I just felt that she deserved a little remembrance for what she endured as part of the space program, because it is not like she entered that rocket voluntarily. I always loved visiting Miss Baker at the museum when I was a kid, and I was thrilled to see her mentioned in your latest video. We love your channel!
Love, love, love your videos. It’s amazing to see some celebrities have very simple grave markers and others are more elebrorate. It’s always good to learn of some tidbits of my favorite celebrities and others not so familiar. I always look forward to your next set
Bill Hicks is missed DEEPLY.😭 💕 How much fun Bill would have had, railing about the insane times we live in now. The 1990s was just the warm up act for the current insanity.
Thanks again to all the contributors from each state for their well done and interesting videos. Always a big thanks shout out to Arthur for compiling the video!!
It's refreshing to have videos like yours, that instead of focusing on the more lurid aspects of many celebrity deaths, you do not go for the sensationalistic approach and produce videos that are educational, entertaining and celebratory without being schmaltzy. May RUclips be blessed with many more people who take the same approach to their videos!
Love this channel thank you so much to all who have shared their cemeteries to make these latest videos possible, and to Our host thank you and please keep this amazing content coming
Leslie Nielsen was a joy to watch; because of his deadpan deliveries and his rugged good looks. Those rugged looks are definitely missing from today's Hollyweird actors. It warms my heart that Miss Baker was given the 'honor' of a memorial in Huntsville, Alabama 💖💖
Missed the notification; I was watching a “celebrity trial!” Clocking in at 1 hour 9 minutes 45 seconds you WILL NOT be disappointed in Arthur’s latest installment. Class from start to finish and ALWAYS respectful! Leslie Nielsen: He was one of those “juvenile actors” and the nephew of Jean Herschoz Jackie Gleason: My brother and I always watched The Honeymooners reruns on WFLD-32 in Chicago in the 1970s! Karl Wallenda: Oops! Forgot to add a comment! I saw this in 1978 when Karl fell off the wire. The wind just picked up and that was it! George Steinbrenner: Infamous team owner! JonBenet Ramsey: What can one say about this sad case of an unsolved “death.” Frank Sutton: A Town Without Pity was his best film! Isaac Hayes: Yep, he was a bad mother (shut your mouth)! Mel Tillis: Remember him from numerous Burt Reynolds movies! Ronald McNair: I remember exactly where I was when that shuttle exploded! William Greer: Kennedy Limousine Driver. What a shame! Wilma Rudolph: Whenever I saw her interviewed, she seemed like a very nice lady and knew how to commentate on her craft! Lucille Benson: She was also in Silver Streak as the biplane pilot who flew Gene Wilder! Gig Young aka Byron Barr: Ellery Queen television series is what I remember and that bizarre murder/suicide! Little Richard: An talent unmatched! Nobody did it like Richard! George Lindsey: “Goober”. He was offered the role of Spock by Gene Roddenberry? Can you imagine that????? Walter Payton: He is greatly missed. A standup football player! Steve McNair: Oh boy, this was a sad sad sad sad story when it was revealed what was all going on! Glenn Campbell: Those 3 Jimmy Webb songs about cities were my favorite songs of his that he sung! Tommy Morrison: Another sad ending. Arthur Hunnicutt: Also was on Perry Mason. Everybody was on Perry Mason! Jim Garrison: I remember him from television interviews and then they tapered off. Then the film JFK sparked a renewed interest in him again! Fats Domino: Big Powerful Voice! Pete Maravich: The Pistol Himself! Donna Douglass: The Beverly Hillbillies!. Appointment television in our house in the 1960s! Thank you again Arthur for another Spectacular Episode of Hollywood Graveyard!
Update: Forgot about him being the original choice for “Charley” to the Charley’s Angels as Arthur cited. A television movie was made about the backstory of the show and they mentioned “an Academy Award winning actor” being the original choice but they had to fire him due to his drinking. They never would say who it was even though Gig had already been dead for years. I always thought it might have been Rod Steiger
I absolutely live for your video's. I've been watching you for years and love and enjoy every video you make. You're voice and commentary is absolutely perfection 😊😊😊
As always Mr.Dark, absolutely awesome episode. I would also like to thank EVERYONE that has helped by sending in videos to help make these masterpieces. It goes to show how Mr Dark loved his fans by having everyone help his awesome channel
Man I'm so glad that I watched this today. I wish I would have gotten to watch when it came out. Wow this episode was so good! I absolutely loved hearing about the woman who was drafted into professional baseball and stuck out the greats like Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig! Guys you outdid yourself's on this one! Great job everyone! This made my day and week so much better!
In the early 1980's my friends birthday present was WWF wrestling tickets at the Capital Center in D.C.We were 3 rows back from the ring and the Junkyard Dog took me and another kid to dance in the ring with him.It was crazy to look out at a sold out arena.Great memory.
My dad worked at Memorial park Memphis for years.! I loved going out there all the time. They used to have baby fox running around all the time. He was also a motorcycle escort - he "escorted" Justin Timberlake's grandfather and met him and Jessica Beal also.
It breaks my heart seeing some of these cemeteries run down and over grown with weeds. The people that are laid to rest in cemeteries deserve to be at rest in a place of dignity.
I agree. Unfortunately, things don’t always work out that way. A cemetery plot is literally private property and it’s not permitted to clean/clear/alter a grave without permission or a ‘due diligence’ search. Realistically, no one is going to challenge your attempt to make it look better as a whole, but it’s always better to ask. I am a member of the Historical Society of Bonaventure in Savannah, and we’ve had well-meaning people clean graves with caustic substances. Always ask❤️. Your concern is very appreciated!
@@chrissystepford2263 Thank you Chrissy for your thoughtful reply. I see you’re from Savanah , that’s where my mother in law went through nursing school. We all live in Nebraska now.
To be honest, after reading your comment,I really paid attention to the cemetery grounds.Apart from some areas, that were parched, from the dry weather, and needed watering,I think they are all beautifully kept. The gardeners and grounds keepers must work very hard,to keep them so well.
Was awesome seeing the Confederacy of Dunces author is buried in New Orleans. Will be there in 3 weeks and will go pay my respects to both him and his mom. Loved that book.

Arthur - I grew up in Marion, Ohio; home of President Warren G. Harding. (He has often been called the worst president in history. Also he was rumored to have been poisoned to death by his wife so she could avoid the humiliation of his probable impending impeachment...) Anyway, if you do a presidential video I would be honored to film his gravesite, the former cemetery mausoleum where he was placed during the construction of his memorial, his home and backyard office, and his presidential library. I agree. I've watched other vids of folks doing the same thing. I see more of THEM on camera than I do the graves and the narratives are way too long. Arthur has a talent here for sure. It's well organized and perfect amount of face time of Arthur, narrative and graves
Mr. Dark. May I first say, your name suits your channel. I love watching your videos, some information about famous people was new to me, well done.
