So many "Who's that!" And then when you hear what they've done in the entertainment industry you remember them. I'm very impressed on how Arthur finds all these names and lifts them out of obscurity. Thank you for that.
Willem Oosterhof: Great minds think alike. Your observation is one of the reasons why Arthur is a genius. He is a walking encyclopedia in addition to being a talented artist and all-around wonderful person. Thank you so much.
As a massive fan of Avenged Sevenfold, thank you so much for showing James Owen Sullivan, aka "The Rev" He's my biggest musical idol and I couldn't help shedding a tear and cracking a smile. I've learned a lot about past celebrities through your channel and it's been such a treat! Keep up the wonderful work!
We all owe Arthur a huge "Thank You" for his talents and dedication to making these fabulous videos. His style can't be beat and has become the standard for informative and beautiful cemetery videos. Thank you so much. Stay safe and be well.
The poetic Eddie Cochran item raised a lump in my throat. Your searing Mi-Ca Dinh Lee story: 'choking tears'. Nobody pays tribute better than you, Arthur Dark!
Eddie was scheduled to return home the following day, but was impatient and hired the taxi to take him to London airport to catch an earlier flight. One the first police officers to attend the scene took custody of Eddies guitar. It inspired him and he later became a pop star himself Dave Dee of Dave Dee, Dozy , Beaky Mick and Tich.
Eddie Cochran was a huge influence on British rock and roll and you can hear it in their music, from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and The Who to name just a few. Sharon Sheeley was the youngest woman to write an American #1 hit, at the age of 18.
Thanks for showing Stafford Repp. I knew him when I was a kid. My dad did his photos for his actor portfolio & he was nice enough to come to my birthday party to sign autographs for my classmates because we kids all watched Batman then. I even went to his wedding too. Still have a photo of him playing with our Siamese cat.
Those are great memories! He was also in an episode of My Three Sons after Batman ended; he played a police sergeant, and mentioned an "Officer Gordon". The name was probably no coincidence!
Love this guy.Hi from London I was shocked that Eddy also died in Bath England he was on his way to the airport to return to USA. This was really heart breaking.
Just so appreciate how you give as much reverence and respect to those "minor" entertainers as you do the more well known. Along with those that worked behind the scenes who made great entertaining moments for all.
It should be noted that Vic Marrow tried his best to protect the children when all went wrong while filming. "No one has greater love than to lay down his own life for another." John 15:13
This one got me a little emotional. So many young and talented musicians dying so young. The grave of My Ca Dinh Le reminded me of Vic Morrow, who also died in that accident. Actress Jennifer Jason Lee is Vic Morrows Daughter.
Eddie Cochran was amazing! Joan Merriam Smith was awesome, at one point I thought about getting a pilot’s license. Thanks for featuring them, I like this series.
I'm a huge A7X fan and The Rev is one of my favorite drummers of all-time. Thank you very much for including him and recognizing entertainers of all mediums.
Thanks for doing. Oc graves. I live in orange county. I work at. Knotts berry farm itwas nice to see. Where. Walter and cornelia knotts were buried. Thanks again. Keep up the good work.
I love Sublime and the death of Bradley Nowells really hit a lot of people hard. Great video and I hope everyone featured, and even those who weren’t, rest peacefully. Rest easy Bradley, you will never be forgotten❤️
This was a wonderful video, thank you for uploading it. I did okay until you got to The Rev’s gravestone. He was/is my favorite drummer and I was devastated when I heard the news that he died.
8:24 The one I've been waiting for. I'm a huge fan of his. And have followed in his footsteps. Doing acting and stunt work for a few "gorilla" style independent films and music videos. Most you can now find on RUclips.
It was a normal day today, neither particularly good nor particularly bad, but it became a good day to get home from work and find a new Hollywood Graveyard. Thanks Arthur!
My husband and I think the perfect vacation includes old cemetery finds and walks. Plus I am a huge classic movie fan so we were so happy to find your well done tours of cemeteries. We blew through your entire collection and sit restlessly waiting till your next installment(s).
I unfortunately didn’t discover A7X until shortly after Jimmy’s death but they’ve been one of my favorite bands for years now. I remember staying up late for the release of Nightmare which to this day is one of my favorite albums of all time. Top to bottom it’s just an absolute rock masterpiece. Fiction is a hauntingly beautiful song and the lyrics almost seem like Jimmy knew he was going to die soon. Arthur, thanks for showing his resting place. That man was one hell of a drummer and quite a character.
Just to say thank you for visiting H.B. Halicki and mentioning him in this episode. I never miss any of your uploads and I've watched literally every one of your videos and I remember asking in a comment on one of your videos quite some time ago now, if you would visit Forrest Lawn Cypress and mention Halicki as very sadly he is seemingly all but forgotten now, and so I was very much hoping you would do eventually. Now I feel Halicki has finally had at least some of the recognition he deserves. Thank you for visiting him. I love all of your videos, and your journalism is fantastic!
Arthur. You show such wonderful emotion through your voice. I'm not sure if everyone can hear it but it's there. Thank you for all you do in keeping the memories alive.
Yes finally, a new episode of Hollywood Graveyard. I have went back and watched them 3&4 times waiting for new ones. Thank you for bringing these videos to us.
These videos are superb. They set the tone for the genre. The research is exquisite, fascinating. Excellent videography. The later videos are as good but the social commentary is tedious. You're a good little Hollywood lefty, Arthur. You'll surely get picked up somewhere. Is that the goal? Ease up some, huh?
I remember the day exactly when the rev passed away, I was a senior in high school and they were my favorite band of all time, when I found out he passed I walked to my then girlfriends house a few blocks away in tears.
I want a hearse as well. The kids and wife are too keen on that idea but I do want one. So strange how Maynard's last movie was never released. I wonder why? Definitely some sad movie set tragedies. So sad. Interesting to see the Oklahoma connection with Ms. Crews. Great video and thank you for taking us along.
Brian Setzer's portrayal of Eddie Cochran in La Bamba was spot on. But, he already had the Rockabilly sound nailed when he was in Stray Cats.
So many "Who's that!" And then when you hear what they've done in the entertainment industry you remember them. I'm very impressed on how Arthur finds all these names and lifts them out of obscurity. Thank you for that.
I find myself thinking that quite often when watching these videos.
Willem Oosterhof: Great minds think alike. Your observation is one of the reasons why Arthur is a genius. He is a walking encyclopedia in addition to being a talented artist and all-around wonderful person. Thank you so much.
This world still desperately needs research and researchers
There are so many names that I don’t know, but as soon as the face is shown,It’s an ‘oh,yes’ moment.
Happiness is ... a new edition of Hollywood Graveyard!
Yes 👍✌️
INDEED ;)
Happiness is not seeing my name on one of those tombstones.
😆 Facts, Second to that is a 40 to 50 minute New Episode of Hollywood Graveyard 👍🏻👍🏻
TRUTH 🙌🏼
Thank you for this video. I am a lifelong Eddie Cochran fan. I am now in my 70`s and he is still my number one singer.
As a massive fan of Avenged Sevenfold, thank you so much for showing James Owen Sullivan, aka "The Rev"

If you say that then you haven’t seen the channel faces of the forgotten highly recommended
Ditto
Absolutly I thank him and applauded his efforts
I like both channels.
I just want to thank you so much for visiting and showing us Jimmy. Very, very beautiful. 🖤

Eddie Cochran... so young, so talented
My grandpa is in Westminister. He died of Covid. Westminister is so peaceful and well maintained. So so beautiful💐
These should really have their own show on TV. They are all incredibly well done.
Eddie Cochran was a huge influence on British rock and roll and you can hear it in their music, from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and The Who to name just a few. Sharon Sheeley was the youngest woman to write an American #1 hit, at the age of 18.
Stray Cats.
NO HE SUCKED BIG TIME

Sharon Sheeley also frequently collaborated with Jackie DeShannon.
Mr Dark is like a big Brother we should all have, pizazz,
smarts, a good voice and good show!
Thank you for visiting Glenn Quinn, again Arthur, and giving us an update on his grave marker. A Great talent, gone too soon...
Dark is a master in voice and content at the graves he and others visit. I've watched them all and it sure has saved me a lot of time and money!!
Thank you for visiting THE REV he is dearly loved by so many of us. foREVer
That’s what I was waiting to see in one of these videos. foREVer
Thanks for showing Stafford Repp. I knew him when I was a kid. I was shocked that Eddy also died in Bath England he was on his way to the airport to return to USA.
This was really heart breaking.
The crash happened in my home town of Chippenham near Bath. There is a marker at the spot it happened.
Just so appreciate how you give as much reverence and respect to those "minor" entertainers as you do the more well known. Along with those that worked behind the scenes who made great entertaining moments for all.

Yup. ✌️
Another bit about Vic Morrow, he is the father of actress Jennifer Jason Leigh
@@86Jeanette I can see the resemblance. Thanks
Yes, Vic Morrow - a fact I did not know. Thank you for posting it.
@@colmastro4373 Thank you I will do more of it.
I started crying when we came upon the GRAVE of that poor little boy killed while filming , The Twilight Zone...😔😢
RIP Brad...you were a Poet of Song, before it was even Read or Sung...
God Bless You Buddy...
I'm a huge A7X fan and The Rev is one of my favorite drummers of all-time. Thank you very much for including him and recognizing entertainers of all mediums.
Huge H.B. Halicki fan here. Thanks for featuring him.
Recognition of The Rev is forever appreciated
As an Orange County resident I thank you for making this video.
Eddie Cochran is a personal hero of mine. What an incredible musician with an amazing influence on all of rock music.
I've watched so many of these that the catchy music plays in my head at night
Thanks so much for Eddie Cochrane I have been waiting for this for a long time.
Thanks for doing. Oc graves. I live in orange county. I work at. Knotts berry farm itwas nice to see. Where. Walter and cornelia knotts were buried. Thanks again. Keep up the good work.
Yaaaay, on my home turf! I could see my mother's and two sister's graves when Arthur profiles Quinn at FLC.
Yes. My dad is also at Forest Lawn Cypress. So glad Arthur has dedicated two videos to my beloved OC.
@Sasquatch OC RULES!
I guess there’s no one of note around my Grandmother’s grave. Oh, well. She’s in good company. I didn’t know about the former Playmate!
Shedding a tear for The Rev. I was a big fan of A7x back then, and now I am as old as he was when he died. So young
Rest in Peace to my beloved Grandparents buried at Westminster Memorial Park
Music overcame talking on this one, sorry!
That’s why captions are useful…
I love Sublime and the death of Bradley Nowells really hit a lot of people hard. Great video and I hope everyone featured, and even those who weren’t, rest peacefully. Rest easy Bradley, you will never be forgotten❤️
This is one of the saddest episodes, so many of them died too young :-(
Wow. Eddie Cochran and Bradley Nowell. 2 of my idols
I just live for this, it's my favorite series on youtube. So we'll done, very good background info and you have a great voise for the narration.
Mr. Dark does have a great voice for narration.
That was an AMAZING honor to The Rev. Thank you! A7X FOREVER!
You work so hard for stardom and then the next thing you know your life is cut Short. R.I.P. TO ALL YOU REST THERE.

REST IN PEACE Eddie ,Gene and Sharon gone too soon .
We all need to enjoy Arthur while we can. If these videos teach me anything, its tomorrow is not guaranteed
Eddie Cochran was portrayed by Stray Cats front man Brian Setzer in the film LaBamba. He did an awesome version of Summertime Blues.
There's 2 others who do graveyard visit, but hands down Mr. Dark you are the best, very respectful. Thank you
Hollywood Graveyard & Arthur..heck yeah! 👍 I love this channel ! 🤗✌️
Drop everything! It's Arthur with Hollywood Graveyard! 👍🤗✌️
