For all the spices it tasted a little flat the 1st day, and only slightly better the next day. My daughter, a fabulous plant based cook, recommended this recipe. So, i dunno. I followed the instructions, but doubled the spices. What can i say, I like flavorful (low sodium) food. I wonder if i went too low on the salt. Otherwise, it was pretty easy to make.

This was good but so bland to me. After tasting while cooking, I doubled the cumin, garlic, and ginger. Very good after that tweak.
