I love this advice. My staple every morning is 1 whole egg 2 egg whites 2 spoons cottage cheese scrambled, 1 serving of any breakfast meat (sliced ham, sausage, or bacon), 1 whole tomato with salt and pepper or a handful of berries, and vanilla Greek yogurt and a slice of bread. 50g of protein and filling enough so I’m not hungry until 1pm if I eat at 8-9am. Sometimes I am not in the mood to eat it because I’m tired of it but it never disappoints in making me feel full and energized for a long time. And I don’t experience decision fatigue because I have the same breakfast every day with only slight variations. One less thing to think about.
That’s perfect nutrition is simple we just over complicate it staple meals with slight variations and the body fat will drop off. Thanks for watching appreciate it 💯💪🏾
